Islamic acid: Ten Pakis arrested in Afghanistan for spraying acid on school girls.

Where traditional societies usually assign the role to men of protector of woman and children, it is not quite the Islamic way. Islamic men, who seem to have some serious wanker problems get especially freaky around woman.

If they were real men, surely, they would promptly and with extreme prejudice end the practice of acid washing their woman and girls. Not so with the scourge of Islam, the HIV of religion. What a pathetic disgrace. Does Islam have no shame?

KABUL, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Ten suspects on charge of spraying acid on schoolgirls have been arrested in southern Afghan province of Kandahar, said General Dawud Dawud, deputy chief of Interior Ministry on Tuesday.

"Afghan police and security forces have detained 10 Pakistani nationals suspected of committing the acid attack on teachers and schoolgirls on Nov. 12 in Kandahar city, capital of Kandahar province," Dawud told newsmen in press conference in Kandahar.

He said that those suspects admitted they received money for 100,000 Pakistani Rupees each (around 1,200 U.S. dollars) from Taliban militants based in the Pakistan tribal area.

"One special bank account has also been set up by Interior Ministry for treatment and other relief assistance of the victims," Dawud added. "The detection operation is still going on."

Armed men riding on motorbikes on Nov. 12 poured acid on schoolgirls and teachers who were on their way to school, injuring four teachers and 11 schoolgirls, six of them seriously, according to Interior Ministry.

The fundamentalist Taliban insurgents during their 6-year regime closed down girl schools and confined women to their houses.

    Can't remember if it was the Brits or the Canadians--but last week they asked the higher ups what to do about the buggering of little boys in their area, by the muzzies. I don't know if that was the locals, or the Afghan military or militia in the area.

    Anyway, the answer came back, not much to do about it, it's cultural, best leave it alone and not cause trouble.

  2. India has also had its share of homegrown unrest, from Muslims to Maoists to Hindu extremists, and Indian officials have repeatedly declined to blame Pakistan directly for the Mumbai attacks.

    "We have had terrorist attacks before... but this attack was different," Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said on Sunday. "They came with the explicit aim of killing large numbers of innocent civilians, including foreign visitors."

    About 30 foreigners were killed including five Americans, two French, two Australians and two Canadians.

    Objective Analysis

    For non-lawyers, Kentucky boy; Judah Benjamin, Texas Darlin, and others:

    U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark’s holding is not the important part of the case. The question presented was whether a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who at the time of his birth are subjects of the emperor of China, but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States, by virtue of the first clause of the fourteenth amendment of the constitution: ‘All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.’ U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US 649, 653 (1898).

    The S.Ct. holding is based on that decision. The relevant portions that makes Wong Kim Ark important is their DEFINITION of natural born citizen. The relevant pages of this are on pages 656 through 663. What this case does is explain the origin of the term, natural born citizen, and state the syllogism (on page 663) that is applies for.

    What the legal system will refer to is the meaning, not actually the Court’s holding because that is based on a fact by fact basis depending on the question presented.

    What Perkins v. Elg does is expand on the meaning in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark by giving EXAMPLES of what they consider to be a citizen of US and natural born citizen.

    Judge Bingham’s explanation of what a natural born citizen in drafting the 14th Amendment corroborates the meaning in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark and Perkins v. Elg. That is why Donofrio and Wortworkski’s case is strong and will work. The logic as purported on Judah Benjamin’s post is accurate and now has LEGAL BACKING to be one that the S.Ct. will resolve.

    Don’t be surprised if the S.Ct. decides this case 9-0 in favor of Donofrio and Wortworkski in order to send a message to the DNC, RNC and others like in Marbury v. Madison in 1803.

    That is all lawyers were trying to tell you non-lawyers. You guys are on the right track, keep up the good work in expressing your views. Lawyers are here to help you, not condemn you in your efforts to do right and perserve our US Constitution. But, we want to make sure you understand the legal side to it as well.

    The S.Ct. just needs legal cases (highest level of authority is S.Ct. cases, next is the Circuit Court of appeals, then are federal district court cases) and federal law (highest level of authority is the U.S. Constitution, next is federal statute by Congress, and then everything else) to present the issue before the Courts of Law as CONTROLLING AUTHORITY, not just persuasive authority.

    US v. Wong Kim Ark, Perkins v. Elg provide that and legally corroborate Judah Benjamin’s logic.

    My recommendation to responsible governments is to ban all personnel affiliated with CNN, BBC, other jihadi news outlets. I would also recommend a 500% tax on all cable and satellite companies that carry CNN, BBC, and other jihadi media programmers.
