COLLECTIVE MADNESS

“Soft despotism is a term coined by Alexis de Tocqueville describing the state into which a country overrun by "a network of small complicated rules" might degrade. Soft despotism is different from despotism (also called 'hard despotism') in the sense that it is not obvious to the people."

Obama is a Fraud

Obama Born In Kenya? His Grandmother Says Yes

Monday, October 13, 2008 - By: Yonah, Tamar Israel News

Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video ABOVE) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.

Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?

One explanation is that Obama's mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama's father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband's family because she was white:
"Obama's family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama's grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii."

Getting awfully desparate if the only hope is the flyer that the man was born abroad.

  4. . Deuce,
Everybody with a brain knows Obama is a fraud. We are not going to be able to get the federal government, the courts, or anybody else to do anything about it.
If they proved beyond all doubt, if he admitted it before or after the election no one would remove him.
The elected officials are afraid of a huge race war and they are going along as willing participants in the fraud. A couple of things are now moving inexorably away from the citizen’s control. Free and fair elections, thanks to ACORN and the Democrats, and a semi free market economy.

For those of us who don't like it we have ONE choice....take a guess.

  6. Seems to me that this is a Federal matter. Wouldn't it behoove the FBI to determine where the man was born?

ash: a question. Suppose it is shown (conclusively) that Obama was born in Kenya. Would that matter to you or would you still be "yawning"?

  7. The Repubs should start early, and file IMPEACHMENT charges the day after his inauguration.

    IMPEACH early and often!

  8. whit,
There is a case pending in the lower courts on this very matter.

The SupremeCourt knows about it and appears to be content to let the clock run out.
They could at any time reach down and take that case and rule on the evidence which is damning now even without Obama producing antthing in his defense. In fact he hasn't produced anything.

Why they are doing what they are doing I can onlyascribe to what I have mentioned. I know of no conclusive evidence he has produced to prove he is an US citizen. His documents from Hawaii were proved fraudulent. Here is where our free press has failed us too.
It is a bad situation that is going to get a lot worse.

And Whit, how many years has ash proved to be of no value to the blog at all...since inception. He's a troll not worth the value of acknowledging.

  10. Sammy,
The Dems are going to control everything. How would one impeach and get a conviction under those conditions...as I said..we only have one way left, maybe a couple..every Repulican controlled state could file voter fruad cases. The court would have to take them in seriatim ( each alone, one after another) so the process could take a year or more and by that time the citizenship question will have been forced upon the Supreme Court because it is a Constitutional requirement to establish citizenship for the President. Hell I don't know how many REp states will be in power but if it's 25 it'll take a good long time..in the interim Nancy Pelosi will be the exoffcio President

  11. His documentation passed State Department muster.

A certified copy from the State of birth is required to get a US passport. He has a passport.

    ReplyDelete
  12. What am I missing here?

Mr. Obama's mother was a US citizen. Her child was entitled to a US passport (& US citizenship) regardless of where he was born. That makes Mr. Obama a "natural born Citizen" who has clearly been "fourteen years a Resident within the United States", as required by Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution. Or am I wrong about that?

The real issue here seems to be the unwillingness of Mr. Obama simply to lay out the facts.

    ReplyDelete
  13. That is the story that John McCain tells, about his birth in Panama, which makes him a natural born citizen, too, Kinuachdrach.

Then again, no telling if Obamasan even knows the truth. What were the stories he was told, by those he trusted and believed?

How does any of "know" where we were born?

    ReplyDelete
  14. ok,ok...the process could be cut down to the essential question, making the voter fraud question moot. Is BHO a US citizen? yes or no. But somehow the SCOTUS must answer that question, and right now they're bailing and they're in session. But I'll bet they are talking about it and how to go about it.

If the court ruled on his citizenship then it would be over, whichever way it went. They could hear the evidence in their normal one day. Take a week to deliberate or an hour, but minus SCOTUS involvement this election is going to be messy

Nope, the proof is in his passport, duly issued by the Federals.

Obama was born in Hawaii, also a documented fact, as evidenced by his passport.

But that does not mean that African witches are not real trouble for the rest of US.

  25. Your Canadian lawyer?

When did Obama renounce his citizenship?

Which, as a minor, he could not do.
If he had, it'd be a revokable decision, as a minor no contract is binding, but is unilaterally voidable.

As Mr Lincoln made clear, no one can renounce US citizenship for another.

If the Indonesians conferred some type of status citizen status on Obama, that would not effect his US citizenship. Unless he ratified that decision as an adult.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Unless there is proof positive he was not born in Hawaii.
Proof that it is all a fraud.
But the accusation is not enough.

Which no one can do, since he was born in Hawaii.

It is fully documented, per the State Department of the United States.

  34. No, mat, US citizenship rights for children do not reside with the parents.

The parents cannot reject what is not theirs. 600,000 US citizens died to prove it so.

Your knowledge of US history and law is so shallow it is comical.

  35. "It is fully documented, per the State Department of the United States"

So were all four of the US passports I carried for years. You ,no doudt carried as many.

You also know the Det of State is not the final arbiter in this so your points are well taken buy I believe it's going to take the SCOTUS to look at the case and make the final determination.

Even when he was a baby forgery of US Passports was not difficult and scutiny of a baby certainly no cause for a lazy State Department passport validator to look too closly at.

The issue should in fairness to the nation and to Barak go to the Supreme Court. I belive it would give greater legitimacy to his presidency should he win. Other wise he'll be hounded unmercifully.

And I have never seen a press remain loyal to any President they even liked. Someone will get to the truth and then we'll be in a helluva mess when in fact we could settle this now if the Supreme Court would do their job.

  37. My understanding, habu, of the Hawaiian system is that you go in, they look to see the original birth certificate data, which is now just a digital file, and they print out a new one.

This is how it was explained at the beginning of the talking point saga. Why the "copies" waried. There is a varied format that Hawaii has used, over the years. It is not a Standardized form, from years gone by.

So, unless the original clerk could be found and then would testify to the fraud they committed, the State of Hawaii said his data is on file, already.

Betcha the clerk is dead, or will be, soon.

    ReplyDelete
  38. "Someone will get to the truth and then we'll be in a helluva mess"

Habu - worst case scenario is that BHO was born in Kenya to a US citizen mother. He is a US citizen. He meets the age & residency requirements for the presidency.

Completely different situation to, say, Arnold Schwarzeneger, who was born in a foreign country to foreign parents, is a naturalized citizen, and does not meet the requirements for the presidency.

So why is BHO holding out on laying out the facts? Being a US citizen born in Kenya to an American mother could only make his True Believers love him all the more.

    ReplyDelete
  42. But he was not born in Kenya, he was born in Hawaii.

The State of Hawaii has confirmed it. They do not have to show you their data base. They've shown it to the Feds, he has his passport.

At the time Obama was born in Kenya there was a residency requirement and age requirement for women under the legal age. His mother met neither of the requiements.

  49. Another way the strange Obama "I am a world citizen" speach in Berlin could be interpreted is a confession that he he is not an American citizen. Sound far fetched.

Ok here is another one: Obama was the lawyer back in the 90's representing Acorn on behalf of the Motor Voter law which watered down requiste proof of residency in order to vote. If voters don't have to be citizens to vote -- why should candidates?

Obama's team of course argued for months during the spring that McCain wasn't a
citizen. That stopped when McCain staff produced a birth certificate. Obama could do the same but he hasn't.
Rather he has chosen to squelch Berg's lawsuit. Why leave a smoldering fire burn?
