COLLECTIVE MADNESS

“Soft despotism is a term coined by Alexis de Tocqueville describing the state into which a country overrun by "a network of small complicated rules" might degrade. Soft despotism is different from despotism (also called 'hard despotism') in the sense that it is not obvious to the people."

  1. Poland lived under group think imposed on them by the Soviets and Communists. They know what an imposition by state controlled press, schools and government does.

The same intelligentsia of the international left and globalists controls the EU and have tried to control the US.

Trump won in the US because the majority of Americans, like the majority of European Christians say NO.

Trump would win elections in most of Europe. Trumpism will win elections in Europe. Trump may be broken by the US Establishment. Trumpism will not.

  3. The Trump administration is considering a proposal to mobilize as many as 100,000 National Guard troops to round up unauthorized immigrants, including millions living nowhere near the Mexico border, according to a draft memo obtained by The Associated Press.

The 11-page document calls for the unprecedented militarization of immigration enforcement as far north as Portland, Oregon, and as far east as New Orleans, Louisiana.

    5. Trump wouldn’t be first president to mobilize National Guard for immigration enforcement

In 2010, former President Barack Obama said he would deploy 1,200 National Guard troops to the U.S.-Mexico border. They were sent to Arizona, Texas, California and New Mexico. While National Guard troops were not authorized to arrest people found to be crossing the border illegally, they helped staff observation posts, monitor surveillance footage and build fences.

In 2006, former President George W. Bush called up 6,000 National Guard troops to California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. They were commissioned to help install border barriers, provide training and assist with border surveillance. The deployment was designed to support Customs and Border Protection agents in “executing logistical and administrative support, operating detection systems, providing mobile communications, augmenting border-related intelligence analysis efforts, and building and installing border security infrastructure.” Operation Jump Start, as the project was called, hoped to relieve Border Patrol agents from administrative duties so they could instead focus on border security.

  4. Trump Disrupts Intelligence Agencies

For three-quarters of a century it’s ranked among the world’s most important secrets. The American-led global spy alliance, born in the early years of the Second World War, is beyond question the most effective partnership in espionage history. Now, it’s all starting to come unraveled.

This remarkable hush-hush story began in the summer of 1940, in the dark days after the fall of France to the Wehrmacht, when Britain stood alone against Hitler, who occupied most of Europe. With his ally Stalin, the Nazis and Soviets had divided much of the continent between them, and it seemed only a matter of time before Britain gave in—as several ministers in Prime Minister Winston Churchill’s cabinet were counseling, so bleak did London’s odds appear.

Britain’s secret ace in the hole, known to only a privileged few, was her ability to crack German codes, above all the Nazi Enigma machine, which gave London deep insights into the enemy camp.

The Poles were the first to break into Enigma, and shortly before their country fell to Hitler and Stalin in September 1939, Polish intelligence shared their secret knowledge with Britain.

There, codebreakers made quick progress against Enigma, a top-secret program they termed ULTRA. But they needed help.

This seems a wonderful thing to me. What's the EPA got to do with my seasonal creek ? On land never used by anyone other than myself and my ancestors ?

Captured ISIS soldier: Rape of Yazidi women ‘is normal’
POSTED AT 3:21 PM ON FEBRUARY 17, 2017 BY JOHN SEXTON

It’s widely known at this point that ISIS rapes and enslaves captive women. Stories about it have been making their way into the newspapers for years. Today Reuters has an interview with a captured ISIS soldier who confirms this behavior was encouraged and considered “normal” as ISIS seized territory. What’s disturbing here is not only that this happened but that someone involved considers it so routine he would defend it when speaking to journalists:

Islamic State militant Amar Hussein says he reads the Koran all day in his tiny jail cell to become a better person. He also says he raped more than 200 women from Iraqi minorities, and shows few regrets…

Hussein said his emirs, or local Islamic State commanders, gave him and others a green light to rape as many Yazidi and other women as they wanted.

“Young men need this,” Hussein told Reuters in an interview after a Kurdish counter-terrorism agent removed a black hood from his head. “This is normal.”

Hussein said he moved from house to house in several Iraqi cities raping women from the Yazidi sect and other minorities at a time when Islamic State was grabbing more and more territory from Iraqi security forces.
Hussein’s Kurdish captors say they have evidence he raped women but don’t know the scale of his crimes. Reuters can’t confirm his story given that his victims are scattered across a war zone, but there is little doubt that what Hussein describes could be true. In August 2015 the New York Times reported on ISIS’ “theology of rape” which was being used by the group as a recruiting tool:

A total of 5,270 Yazidis were abducted last year, and at least 3,144 are still being held, according to community leaders. To handle them, the Islamic State has developed a detailed bureaucracy of sex slavery, including sales contracts notarized by the ISIS-run Islamic courts. And the practice has become an established recruiting tool to lure men from deeply conservative Muslim societies, where casual sex is taboo and dating is forbidden.

A growing body of internal policy memos and theological discussions has established guidelines for slavery, including a lengthy how-to manual issued by the Islamic State Research and Fatwa Department just last month. Repeatedly, the ISIS leadership has emphasized a narrow and selective reading of the Quran and other religious rulings to not only justify violence, but also to elevate and celebrate each sexual assault as spiritually beneficial, even virtuous.

“Every time that he came to rape me, he would pray,” said F, a 15-year-old girl who was captured on the shoulder of Mount Sinjar one year ago and was sold to an Iraqi fighter in his 20s.
In addition the hundreds of rapes he says he committed, Hussein claims he killed as many as 500 people, “seven, eight, ten at a time.” He says he and other ISIS soldiers led captives into the desert and shot them. Last August the Associated Press identified at least 72 mass graves, the smallest of which had 3 bodies while the largest may have had thousands.

Choose Your Poison: Arizona Lets Inmates Bring Their Own Lethal Drugs to Execution

    Home Culture Wars
    By Masha Froliak | 4:42 pm, February 16, 2017

Arizona has found a unique way to attack the crippling shortages of the anesthetics it uses for executing the condemned—inmates facing the death penalty are now permitted to supply their own lethal drugs. This update to the state’s execution protocols has been slammed by critics as “unprecedented,” “absurd,” and even illegal.

The protocol change comes as legal challenges are mounting nationwide to the lethal injection process in state death chambers, many of these challenges being linked to the drug shortage.

Since the European Union stopped the import of medications used for capital punishment and several major pharma companies also banned the use of their drugs for that purpose, states have been turning in somersaults to find a way to kill their condemned murderers.

The shortages are exclusively of the anesthetics first administered in the lethal injection process in order to render the offender insensate, before (in most states) other drugs are injected that stop the heart and paralyze the lungs. The use of anesthetics is considered necessary to create the appearance that the execution is not “cruel and unusual punishment,” and to avoid disturbing execution witnesses with writhing, screaming and contorting inmates.

With the anesthetic drugs in short supply—the sedative pentobarbital, and the anesthetic sodium pentothal, especially—some states have been considering a return to older execution methods such as the electric chair, firing squad or gas chamber. Some states have even been discussing experimenting with a new execution method involving nitrogen gas.

But Arizona is simply inviting lawyers for the inmates to bring their own drugs to the death chamber, as long as they get them from a “certified manufacturer or supplier”.

Dale Baich, of the Federal Public Defender’s Office told the Arizona Republic that this plan “calls for actions that are both illegal and impossible.”

“A prisoner or prisoner’s lawyer cannot legally obtain these drugs or legally transfer them to the Department,” he said. “Under the federal Controlled Substances Act, we cannot imagine a way to obtain the drug. Those that obtain controlled substances illegally, go to prison.”

Baich also told The Guardian that this provision presents ethical and legal issues. “It’s not legal for me as a lawyer to go out and procure drugs for a client. So legally it’s impossible and ethically as well, my job is to make sure that my client’s rights are protected and not to work with the state to ensure that it carries out the execution.”

Megan McCracken, a lethal injection expert at the University of California Berkeley School of Law, called this plan “unprecedented, wholly novel and frankly absurd.”

Arizona already tried to obtain the lethal injection drugs illegally back in 2015, but the package, shipped from an unidentified supplier in India, was intercepted by U.S. federal agents.

The state has not executed anyone since 2014 after the execution of Joseph Wood took almost two hours, with the condemned gasping and snorting throughout. Due to the unavailability of more potent anesthetics, executioners were using midazolam, a sedative and hydromorphone which took their time.

French police flee as rioters run wild for second week in Paris
    By Rick Moran

Videos on social media showing French police fleeing the scene of riots in Paris show just how close the city is to descending into total chaos.

The violence stems from an incident early this month, where a 22-year-old black youth named Theo was allegedly beaten and raped by police with a truncheon.

Mobs of "immigrants" have torched cars, smashed windows, and assaulted bystanders.

This Twitter video clearly shows police fleeing for their lives from the mob.

    — Younes 1x (@_youunes) February 15, 2017

    Breitbart:

Hundreds of violent thugs took to the streets on Wednesday night near the Barbes Metro station, close to the major transport hub Gare du Nord. Windows were smashed, shops looted, fires lit, main roads blocked, and police cars targeted during the disturbance.

According to Le Figaro, the destruction is getting worse. At the beginning of the week, on the nights of the 12th and 13th, 32 vehicles were burnt out. On the 14th and 15th, some 47 cars were destroyed by fire as well as 59 bins.

Police appeared to have completely lost control at times, with unverified videos surfacing on Twitter of officers being chased out of certain neighbourhoods by rioters.

An officer at the scene said: "Windows have been smashed and officers attacked. Small groups of protesters wearing hoods to hide their identities are causing trouble and then running away.

"Everything is being done to try and disperse the crowds, but this could go on for a long time yet."

There has been heightened tension on the council estates of Paris since the 2nd of February, when a 22-year-old youth worker named Theo was allegedly beaten up and raped with a truncheon by police.

We've seen this sort of violence in Paris before. It doesn't take much to set off the mob, and when the government responds the way it has, the rioters become emboldened.

French President François Hollande has appealed for calm and visited the victim in hospital, where he has undergone emergency surgery. Theo also made a plea from his hospital bed for calm as the attacks continued to spread.

Last week, on the 7th and 8th, riots occurred across numerous north-eastern Paris suburbs associated with social deprivation and high immigrant populations, including Tremblay-en-France, Montfermeil, Clichy-sous-Bois, and Villepinte in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, and Blanc-Mesnil in Seine-Maritime.

Whether the police are guilty or not, the government's job is to keep order – not enable the rioters by playing to their grievances.

National Front leader Marine Le Pen is looking to make political hay out of the government's weak response:

"The forces of order are targeted by bands of scoundrels," Ms. Le Pen said calling the situation "a shame for France" on the international stage. "The government is silent. A silence that reflects both its cowardice and its impotence", she added.

So much for the myth that there are no "No Go" neighborhoods in Paris. When the police run away, innocent people like this shop owner pay the price:

Des manifestants pour #Théo détruisent sa bijouterie : dévastée, une commerçante asiatique hurle "C'est ça les Français ?!" et s'évanouit pic.twitter.com/r7mOBlqqoU
