Obama Tunes Into His Inner Negro - Whites Have Too Many Federal Jobs

Hat Tip Quark:

Obama has a new jobs program: Carefully identify all white workers in the federal work force, and reduce their numbers by replacing them with people who Obama prefers to be employed, and that is those with darker skin. After statistical analysis Obama has carefully categorized the melamine content of all federal workers. The data shows  that Whites still have  81 percent of senior pay-level positions. How the fuck did that happen? Surely the government didn't have people employed because they are competent. The government simply has too many white people. This truly troubles The First Hoopster and he will do something about it. Obama will now engage in a federal ethnic cleansing of all these troubling excess white workers.

Obama is disturbed by all those white faces and and has recognized the urgency to cleanse the federal workforce of excess whites. The process is to begin in 90 days. The white problem is now a top priority of what used to be your federal government. Obama will not rest until the White Problem is solved.

If You Are White, That Ain't Right.

Obama orders improved workforce-diversity effort

By Isaac Arnsdorf, Published: August 18 WAPO

President Obama on Thursday issued an executive order requiring government agencies to develop plans for improving federal workforce diversity.

The long-awaited executive order directs a group of high-ranking officials to create a government-wide plan, followed by specific plans in each agency. It marks the highest-profile response to a problem that has been on the administration’s radar: Whites still hold more than 81 percent of senior pay-level positions.

“The federal government has a special opportunity to lead by example,” John Berry, director of the Office of Personnel Management, said in a conference call. “We will only succeed in our critical mission with a workforce that hails from, represents and is connected to the needs of every American community.”

The order creates a framework, but the details have not been worked out. Instead of creating a new administrative body, as with Obama’s 2009 executive order on veterans’ employment, this initiative will look to a council of deputy agency chiefs. OPM, the Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will participate.

That group will be responsible for creating a government-wide plan within 90 days. According to the order, after that plan is released, each agency must present its own specific diversity plan within 120 days. The efforts must reflect initiatives on a number of fronts, including recruitment, training and promotion.

Berry said that the executive order elevates the issue of diversity to a level of attention that will prevent this initiative from falling by the wayside, as other efforts have. “Rather than create a new structure, the president has built upon an existing structure at the very highest level that will get attention and scrutiny,” he said.

Officials did not commit to specific goals or measures, which they said will vary by agency.

“We are trying to say that this is something that should be folded into and a part of everything you do,” Deputy Director Christine Griffin said.

According to the latest Federal Equal Opportunity Recruitment Program Report, women hold 31 percent of senior positions, African Americans 7 percent and Latinos 4 percent.

At an EEOC conference in Baltimore this week, the commission and OPM released a joint memorandum vowing “the most rigorous possible enforcement” of equal-pay laws for federal employees. The memo noted that while the gender pay gap had fallen from 28 cents on the dollar in 1987, it still stood at 11 cents in 2007.

Increasing workplace diversity has been among Berry’s top three long-term goals — alongside controlling health-care costs and improving the federal pay system — since he took office in 2009.

  2. Executive order 13583 creates a council of deputy agency chiefs and federal workers charged with developing a government-wide plan to improve diversity in recruitment, training, and promotion of federal workers, all due within 90 days. After that, each federal agency will have 120 days to develop guidelines of their own.

  9. Some time later God tested Abraham. He said to him, "Abraham!"

    "Here I am," he replied.

Then God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."

Early the next morning Abraham got up and saddled his donkey. He took with him two of his servants and his son Isaac. When he had cut enough wood for the burnt offering, he set out for the place God had told him about. On the third day Abraham looked up and saw the place in the distance. He said to his servants, "Stay here with the donkey while I and the boy go over there. We will worship and then we will come back to you."

Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac, and he himself carried the fire and the knife. As the two of them went on together, Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, "Father?"

    "Yes, my son?" Abraham replied.

"The fire and wood are here," Isaac said, "but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?"

The great warrior Allen has indoctrinated his son so thoroughly into an ancient cult that the son "voluntarily" gives up his birthright of American freedoms.

And that story is really about the ending of human sacrifice but it continues to this day in Atlanta, Georgia.

The whole idea of it disgusts me, and in the country of Walt Whitman too.

The war with the meteor cult continues.

Egypt, the world largest "arab" nation may have signed a "peace treaty" with Israel it has violated that treaty with acts of war numerous times.

If Israel were to respond to acts of war against her by attacking Egypt, the target would be correct.

It is the egyptians that have set the game up.

    Please note:

    Arafat, was an egyptian.

Gaza was egyptian and was used from 1948 - 1967 to harass and attack Israel

After Israel left the gaza strip 6 years ago, it was egypt that allowed weapons and personal to migrate into the strip to may gaza the hotbed it is now.

Hamas is an direct offshoot of the egyptian moslem brotherhood.

The ignorant statement made: There it is right there. Indoctrinating one's son into an ancient cult and sending him off to possible death over a fantasy of 'specialness.'

And Jews dont "Indoctrinate their son's over a fantasy of specialness "

Rather intelligent Jews educate their children, (sons and daugthers) at the violent and murderous ways of the seed of ishmael. It is not a cycle.

Today more real rockets were fired into israel by the savages that occupy the gaza strip, these multi-stage ROCKETS are not "homemade" they are large, heavy and army sized.

These are acts of war by egypt.

If I was in person in charge?

I'd would be shelling the gaza strip creating a human wave of refugees moving east to cairo. depopulating the sinai and capturing it for the 3rd time in 60 years.

I'd tell the world. We have captured the sinai 2 times before and given it back for a nonsense called "land for peace" we shall now try it the arab/whiteman's way...

    Land for Victory.

Israel needs to do to the egyptians what the Americans did to the indians.

What the turks did to the arabs and the armenians

What the russians did to the georgians

What the chinese did to the tibetians

What the brit's did to the indians

What the arabs did to the druze, berbers, jews and copts

What the Japs did to to the chinese

Gaza, a egyptian military base, needs to be erased.

The sinai, needs to be recaptured and it's population transfered to the eastern side of the canal.

  15. Deuce, on many occasions you have had the audacity to call Obama the Affirmative Action President. Affirmative Action and Racial Profiling are one and the same. The profile justifies the action. Our 44th President was the beneficiary of racial profiling as well. Funny how profiling doesn't bother the usual jackals as long as it reaps large rewards for those at the receiving end. When Al Sharpton et al shout about how terrible it all is, they should be reminded that they wouldn't be where they are today if millions of stupid white people didn't profile him and others and conclude they must go to the head of the line. I want more diversity

Diversity is a code word for white genocide.

The Homeland Security Department said Thursday it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria such as attending school, having family in the military or are primarily responsible for other family members’ care.

The move, announced in letters to Congress, comes after Hispanic activists and Democrats had urged President Obama to exempt broad swaths of illegal immigrants from deportation while Congress wrestles with the issue.

There are many places I can think of where a horse would be invaluable on a fishing trip. The upper Wenaha being a prime example.

But to clarify one last time - Israel can do what it wants in Gaza, the missiles have rained down enough. I'd be cautious - moderate - about taking on all of Egypt. I doubt the Egyptian military, who seem to me anyway to have been responsible for quite some time, wants a big show over a terrorist attack. Why alienate them? That was what Allen was advocating, taking out their air force, armor....an unnecessary war.

The upper Wenaha is perfect for horse riding. Got meadows, fairly easy trails, water....fish.....

She also predicts that the rise in foodstuffs will abate. This is interesting: just a few weeks ago in the US, corn going to bio-fuel production exceeded corn going to animal feedstock. If nothing else (worldwide droughts come to mind) the substitution effect should cause the cost of other grains and cereals to rise as these are used to fill the void left by the absence of corn. Moreover, Kudlow pointed out yesterday that M2 has grown by 40+% ($650 billion) this year (something he attributes to the flight of Euros into the US). At some point, this mountain of old-fashioned cash will be spent on something. How deleterious inflation can be avoided is a mystery to me.

We are told the Jews reckon their lineage by following the distaff line. If your mother was a Jew, then you are a Jew.

Pharaoh made Joseph a minister, and renamed him Zaphnath-paaneah, which means God speaks and he lives. Then Pharaoh gave him the EGYPTIAN daughter of Potipherah, priest of On, and the girl's name was Asenath. And Asenath afterward bore unto Joseph two "half" Egyptian sons, Ephraim and Manessah.

But really they were all Egyptian, because you have to follow the female line. That means the tribes that sprung from their loins were really just Egyptian colonies.

For the time being the region’s pre-eminent naval power, America, is showing little sign of concern. The Chinese carrier’s actual deployment might yet be years away. China will take longer still to gain the expertise needed to deploy a carrier-based battle group, with all its supporting vessels. It is reportedly building two more aircraft-carriers (from scratch, this time). But the Americans worry more about other bits of China’s rapidly improving arsenal, from carrier-busting missiles to submarines and land-based fighter jets...

Name and purpose to be determined

China can now boast that it has matched Thailand in the number of carriers deployed.

  54. Some carrier, Quirk.

And what a tragedy, what a waste, to turn a perfectly usable floating casino into a floating advertisement for the Chinese military.

The ship is hardly a symbol of China’s prowess in technology. It was bought in 1998 from Ukraine, where it had been rusting half-finished since its first launch a decade earlier. The Ukrainians were told it would be used as a floating casino (they sold it without weapons or engines). But unlike two other ex-Soviet carriers in China that ended up as theme parks, this one was taken to a navy shipyard where, in 2005, it got a telltale coat of Chinese military paint.

Women are rejecting marriage in Asia. The social implications are serious

Marriage rates are falling partly because people are postponing getting hitched. Marriage ages have risen all over the world, but the increase is particularly marked in Asia. People there now marry even later than they do in the West. The mean age of marriage in the richest places—Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong—has risen sharply in the past few decades, to reach 29-30 for women and 31-33 for men.

A lot of Asians are not marrying later. They are not marrying at all. Almost a third of Japanese women in their early 30s are unmarried; probably half of those will always be. Over one-fifth of Taiwanese women in their late 30s are single; most will never marry. In some places, rates of non-marriage are especially striking: in Bangkok, 20% of 40-44-year old women are not married; in Tokyo, 21%; among university graduates of that age in Singapore, 27%. So far, the trend has not affected Asia’s two giants, China and India. But it is likely to, as the economic factors that have driven it elsewhere in Asia sweep through those two countries as well; and its consequences will be exacerbated by the sex-selective abortion practised for a generation there. By 2050, there will be 60m more men of marriageable age than women in China and India...

    Thanks, but No Thanks

  56. Michelle Obama and President Obama traveled to Martha’s Vineyard just hours apart, costing taxpayers thousands in additional expenses so she could have just a bit of extra vacation time.

You don’t expect Michelle to suffer any guilt pangs over shredding hundreds of thousands of taxpayer money for her numerous junkets, do you. Or Obummer himself, for that matter. The rules he wants to apply to us (can’t have our thermostats as high as we like, can’t eat as much as we want) it is clear he truly believes do not apply to him. He is an “elite.” That’s another word for parasite.

Mrs. Obama and her daughters arrived just before 2 pm Thursday on a U.S. government jet, according to the Martha’s Vineyard Times, which got its information from the local airport. The first lady’s office has been silent on her travel. President Obama arrived in the evening along with the family dog Bo.

Why ever should the queen be inconvenienced by waiting a few hours LIKE THE REST OF US DO to accompany her spouse? Oh, could be Michelle was toting along so many friends and relations that they needed two planes to carry everyone (and of course then there’s the issue of the dog….)

The extra costs related to Mrs. Obama’s solo trip mainly include the flight on a specially designed military aircraft she took instead of Air Force One, as well as any extra staff and Secret Service that had to be enlisted to go with her. She would also have had her own motorcade from the airport to her vacation residence.

I’d be interested to know how much that four hour head start cost us? Couldn’t wait four hours?? Obviously, they could care less about the message they are sending. Disgusting. Wouldn't you agree Bobbo?

  57. Let's all remember that Obama has promised to reveal his "new economic plan" this September, a plan to boost jobs. I'm already hearing the rumblings about a coming QE3. And what would that do for thee and me?

SPENDING is not being addressed and this and the regulatory malevolence together is bringing this nation to its knees. I was a fierce critic of Bush for his spending, which I often described as that of a drunken sailor. Now we have an in your face moment from BHO.

Obama always imagined himself a King, a "Dear Leader". He would look down on his subjects ala Mussolini (which he tried for a while), and they would shout their adoration and throw flowers. He didnt know they eventually expected him to work. He never worked in his life, so he reacted like the bumbling idiot he is. Go on vacation, make senseless speeches, play golf, have parties.

  64. I, personally, think she's got a couple of things wrong; but I think she's smart enough to figure it out (and, gutsy enough to pull the trigger when she does.)

Like I said before, if it came down that mine was the deciding vote between her, and Romney . . . . . . .

I'm leaning more her way all the time. I cain't hep it. :)

  66. Aw, Obammie's the least of our troubles, right now. He ain't much, but he doesn't have much time left.

    ReplyDelete
  67. He wants to borrow, and spend, a lot of money; but, the fact is, that Is what we need at this stage of the business cycle, anyway.

His natural bent is towards renewable energy, and away from oil, and, that also, is what we need to be doing.

So, as unlikeable, and assholish as he is, he's not the worst thing we could have going right now.

And, he does give us someone to be pissed off at. :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. We got some pretty tough road ahead, so we might as well make the best of the end of a crazy week. :)
