Why the Majority Hate The Ruling Class:

Caren Z. Turner, 60, a real  nasty bitch, a now-former commissioner, of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey

"You may not tell me when to take my child. You may shut the fuck up and not tell me when I may take my kid and her friends, who are Ph.D. students from MIT and Yale.”

FOX NEWS

The officers decided to impound the vehicle because the driver could not provide proof of updated insurance or registration, NorthJersey.com reported.
Turner, who was called to the scene by her daughter, took over the negotiation with the officers.
During the exchange with the officers, Turner appears increasingly hostile in the video as she boasts of her rank, demands they call her “commissioner” rather than “miss,” and threatens to complain to their boss.
Yet the officers remain calm and polite throughout the unpleasant ordeal.
On Wednesday, Turner apologized for her behavior.
"I let my emotions get the better of me and regret my tone toward the police officers and use of off-color language," she said in a written statement.

Why is the media ignoring the DNC’s new $84 million campaign finance scandal?

The media. The media. The media. The whine continues. Another idiotic attack by the 'other' twin.

This issue was brought up in 'the media' a couple months ago. Again.

I guess it takes frontpagemag.com, an organization we can all admit is not part of 'the media', to catch up.

The SCOTUS ruling that allowed this to happen was passed a few years ago by a 5-4 decision by the same majority that passed Citizen's United. It was designed to remove campaign contribution limits on unions and corporations; however, one of the arguments presented against it was that it would open up the possibility of the bundling mentioned with the DNC and Clinton. Justice Alito said that hypothetical was crazy talk. No one would ever do that.

This shows that at least one justice of the Supreme Court doesn't understand human nature. Where there is a will there is a way and vice versa.

  6. Judge Napolitano: ‘I Jumped The Gun’ By Saying Comey Broke The Law With Leaks: ‘Appears He Did Not’

    by Aidan McLaughlin | 8:04 am, April 26th, 2018

Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox & Friends to react to former FBI Director James Comey’s CNN interview from Thursday night in which he explained his decision to leak memos on his interactions with President Donald Trump to the press.

Some Republican lawmakers — and a number of Fox News pundits — have decried Comey’s admission that he passed on the memos, arguing the leaks broke the law.

Napolitano made the case that Professor Daniel Richman — Comey’s friend and a former DOJ official who he passed on his memos to, and who detailed the contents of those memos to the press — supposedly had a security clearance that allowed him to “lawfully receive the contents of these memos.”

“This may not be too popular here, but I thought Comey was pretty compelling last night with Anderson Cooper,” Napolitano said.

“Not all leaks are criminal,” Napolitano continued. “If it’s not classified it’s not criminal.”

“At the time this occurred — by this I mean, Professor Richman reading to selected members of the media, selected nonclassified portions of one of the memos — Jim Comey was a private citizen,” Napolitano said.

“He covered himself?” Brian Kilmeade asked.

“Yes, I thought he covered himself,” Napolitano said.

“But he didn’t own that memo,” Steve Doocy protested sheepishly.

“But legally he did cover himself,” Kilmeade argued, pointing out that the information given to the press was not classified.

“Now, I jumped the gun here the other day,” Napolitano noted. “Not knowing that Professor Richman had a security clearance.”

“And one of you, I think, said to me: ‘Did Jim Comey break the law? I said it appears he did. I since have apologized, it now appears did he not.”

“We didn’t know about the professor having the clearance, which is why as a judge, I ought to have known you have you got to get all the facts before you form a judgment.”

The Double Standards of the Mueller Investigation

    By VICTOR DAVIS HANSON

    April 26, 2018 6:30 AM

Former FBI Director James Comey testifies before the Senate Intelligence Committee, June 8, 2017. (Jonathan Ernst/Reuters)

The more Mueller searches for hypothetical lawbreaking, the more he ignores the actual lawbreakers.
The country is about to witness an investigatory train wreck.

In one direction, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation train is looking for any conceivable thing that President Donald Trump’s campaign team might have done wrong in 2016.

The oncoming train is slower but also larger. It involves congressional investigations, Department of Justice referrals, and inspector general’s reports — mostly focused on improper or illegal FBI and DOJ behavior during the 2016 election.

Why are the two now about to collide?

By charging former national-security adviser Michael Flynn for lying to the FBI, Mueller emphasized that even the appearance of false testimony is felonious behavior.

If that is so, then the DOJ will probably have to charge former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe with perjury or related offenses. A report from the Office of the Inspector General indicates that McCabe lied at least four times to federal investigators.

Former FBI director James Comey may also have lied to Congress when he testified that he had not written his report on the Hillary Clinton email scandal before interviewing Clinton. Former director of national intelligence James Clapper and former CIA director John Brennan lied under oath to Congress on matters related to surveillance.

Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin probably lied when they told FBI investigators they had no idea that their then-boss, Hillary Clinton, was using an illegal private email server. Both had communicated with Clinton about it.

Mueller is said to be investigating whether Trump obstructed justice by requesting that Comey go easy on Flynn.

If so, then the DOJ will have to look at Comey himself and DOJ officials who obstructed a federal court. On at least four occasions, they were not honest about the deeply flawed Christopher Steele dossier being the source of information used in applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

Comey also has said that he predicated the nature of the Clinton email investigation on his assumptions about her chances of winning the presidency — another investigatory abuse.

The Mueller team is reportedly still looking into the possibility of election-cycle collusion with Russia by Trump officials.

That track will require Mueller’s DOJ counterparts to look carefully at the Clinton campaign, which paid opposition researcher Steele, a British subject, for dirt on Trump that was produced through collusion with Russian sources.

Mueller is also said to be investigating whether Trump or his advisers broke laws concerning the release of confidential government information.

If so, the DOJ may have to indict Comey. He confessed to passing along confidential FBI memos to a friend for the expressed purpose of leaking their contents to the press.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. High-ranking Obama administration officials may also be subject to indictments, given that they may have requested the “unmasking” of American citizens whose communications were intercepted during the surveillance of foreign parties and then leaked the names of those citizens to the press.

Mueller’s team apparently has assumed that Michael Cohen’s status as Trump’s attorney offers no protections under normal attorney-client privilege protocols.

If that is true, the DOJ will have to investigate why the FBI allowed Clinton aide Cheryl Mills to pose as Clinton’s attorney and thereby be shielded from providing testimony on what she knew about the email scandal involving her “client.”

Investigators have swarmed Cohen’s offices and residence, supposedly in fear that he might destroy pertinent records.

The FBI should probably then reopen the investigation into the Clinton email scandal, given that Clinton destroyed more than 30,000 emails as well as computer hard drives that had been requested by federal investigators.

      What is going on?

Mueller has searched far and wide for wrongdoing but so far has found little. Meanwhile, there is plenty of other wrongdoing already found, but no one seems to be looking at it.

Flynn, Cohen, and other Trump aides are considered small enough fry to go after. Clinton, Comey, McCabe, and others seem big enough fry to leave alone.

No one thought Hillary Clinton would blow the election. Top Obama officials at the FBI, DOJ, intelligence agencies, and National Security Council believed in 2015 and 2016 that they could ignore laws with impunity because a protective Clinton administration would soon be in power.

Politics have infected these investigations. Trump was seen as a threat to the status quo, and FBI and DOJ lawbreakers were seen as custodians of it.

The more Mueller searches for hypothetical lawbreaking, the more he is inadvertently underscoring that actual lawbreakers must be subject to the same standard of justice. Ironically, Mueller’s investigation has reminded America that it is past time to call Comey, McCabe, and a host of Obama-era DOJ and FBI officials to account.

For over a year, we have had two standards of legality when there can only be one.

      A reckoning is near.

Mattis on Russian Mercenaries in Syria: I Ordered Their Annihilation

    BY: Paul Crookston
    April 26, 2018 2:44 pm

Secretary of Defense James Mattis explained Thursday why he directed a strike that reportedly killed hundreds of Russian mercenaries in Syria back in February.

Mattis told the Senate Armed Services Committee that the U.S. has a deconfliction line with Russia to ensure that the two countries can communicate in order to avoid direct conflict with one another in Syria. He said that a group of "irregular forces" were in conflict with U.S. forces, and once it was ascertained that those forces were not Russian regulars, Mattis directed a counterattack.

"The Russian high command in Syria assured us it was not their people, and my direction to the chairman was for the force, then, to be annihilated," Mattis said. "And it was."

The force comprised hundreds of Russian mercenaries, which then-CIA Director Mike Pompeo attested to when he said the U.S. killed "a couple hundred Russians." On Thursday, the Senate confirmed Pompeo to be President Donald Trump’s secretary of state.

    ADVERTISING

Asked about whether the Russian Federation was harassing U.S. forces in Syria, Mattis stopped short of blaming Russia for particular battlefield actions.

"I cannot target the responsibility to the Russians right now," he said. "It is a crowded battlefield; it’s also got Iranians there and, of course, the regime forces as well."

He touted the sanctions the Trump administration has imposed on specific Russians.

"You notice as we go forward, we’ve so far sanctioned 189 individuals in Russia," he said.

"Economic sanctions are going to be obviously looked at for future violations as well," Mattis added. "So we have an asymmetric way, an indirect way, of going after them and making them pay."

  14. James Comey Still Not Sure Who Funded The Steele Dossier

JOHN SEXTONPosted at 8:41 pm on April 26, 2018

Bret Baier’s interview of James Comey is already being described as a disaster for Comey by some on Twitter. Having watched the first half, I think Comey was doing okay for the first few minutes or so but he went completely off the rails when asked about funding for the Steele dossier.

SEE ALSO: Pruitt: “A lie doesn’t become truth just because it appears on the front page of the newspaper”

“When did you learn that the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign had funded Christopher Steele’s work?” Baier asked.

“I still don’t know that for a fact,” Comey replied.

“What do you mean?” Baier said, genuinely confused for the first time in the interview.

“I’ve only seen it in the media. I never knew exactly which Democrats had funded it. I knew it was funded first by Republicans,” Comey said.

“But that’s not true,” Baier interjected.

    “I’m sorry?” Comey said.

“That’s not true that the dossier that Christopher Steel worked on was funded by Republicans,” Baier said.

“My understanding was his work started, funded by, as oppo-research funded by Republicans,” Comey said.

At this point, Baier cut him off and tried to correct him. “So, Free Beacon said that they had Glenn Simpson and Fusion GPS on a kind of a retainer but they did not fund the Christopher Steele memo or the dossier. That was initiated by Democrats.”

“Okay, my understanding was the activity was begun, that Steele was hired to look into was first funded by Republicans, then picked up, the important thing was, picked up by Democrats opposed to Donald Trump,” Comey said.

“So you still to this day don’t know that it was funded by the DNC or the Clinton campaign?” Baier asked.

“I’ve read that in the media but I don’t know for a fact and didn’t know while I was at the FBI who, which exact opponent of the President’s funded that.” Comey replied.

Needless to say, Comey is incorrect about this. Baier is correct that the Free Beacon funded some oppo-research on Trump through Fusion GPS, but Steele was not hired until after the Clinton campaign began funding that research and the Free Beacon had ceased its funding. Here’s what the Free Beacon wrote about this last October:

All of the work that Fusion GPS provided to the Free Beacon was based on public sources, and none of the work product that the Free Beacon received appears in the Steele dossier. The Free Beacon had no knowledge of or connection to the Steele dossier, did not pay for the dossier, and never had contact with, knowledge of, or provided payment for any work performed by Christopher Steele.

Comey is acting as if something everyone has known about for the last six months is still confusing to him, possibly, so he can say it didn’t matter. His ignorance on this point seems a bit too studied given that everyone else has known who funded the dossier for six months. Is it a coincidence that this gets to the core of the complaints many Republicans have about the FISA memo, i.e. that it failed to clearly identify Trump’s opponent as the funder but merely indicated in a footnote that it might be oppo-research? It seems to me Comey is trying a bit too hard to say this didn’t matter.

Here’s the interview queued up to the portion quoted above:vIDEO

This comes from the People's Republic of New Jersey. It involves Caren Turner. This Democrat and Hillary fundraiser has just resigned her post as a commissioner on the New York-New Jersey Port Authority due to an arrogant and overly emotional run-in with police.

The story goes like this. Last month Turner's daughter was a passenger in a car stopped by police in Tenafly for tinted windows (illegal in the Garden State) and an obstructed license plate. The officers then determined that the car's registration was expired, and the driver had no proof of insurance. Following procedure, no arrests were made, but the officers issued summonses to the driver, and the car was to be impounded until the proper paperwork could be provided.

At that juncture, Ms. Turner's daughter apparently made a cell phone call, and mom showed up. Initially the cops thought she came to give a lift to the car's occupants. But no, the commissioner had more on her mind. Reportedly, she began by stating she was there “as a concerned citizen and a friend of the mayor.” From there, things went downhill. Not content to let the process take its course, Turner harangued the two officers, dropped an F-bomb on them, continually belittled them, and repeatedly flashed her Port Authority badge in their faces as much as to say “do you know who I am?”

Unfortunately for Ms. Turner, her loutish behavior was captured on the police cruiser's dashcam in exceptional quality.

The officers reported the incident to their chief who, with the cam-recording in hand, made a call to the Port Authority's Inspector General. This began an internal investigation which led to Turner's resignation which Phil Murphy, NJ's new Democrat governor, said was appropriate given Turner's “outrageous conduct.”

In what passes for her apology, among other things, Turner said, "I encourage the Tenafly Police Department to review best practices with respect to tone and deescalation, so that incidents like this do not recur." That's a bit strange, for any reasonable person watching the video would be hard pressed to find anything objectionable with the tone of the officers. Unlike Turner, they were polite, composed, and professional.

Turner is a lobbyist who runs her own firm, Turner Government & Public Affairs. She commutes from her home in Tenafly to the Swamp. Turner was appointed to the Port Authority last year by Gov. Chris Christie at the behest of Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg (Democrat-37 District) who said she wanted more women on the board of the Port Authority. It seems feminist solidarity trumps quality.

As to the role of Turner at the Port Authority. She was head of the Government & Ethics committee.

    1. When first watching the video I thought the person was 'Impossible' Quirk in drag, but I was wrong. It's just a bitchy woman.

A real Indian answers a fake

    By James Lewis

At a time of ugly race-baiting in politics, a good laugh is like a ray of sunshine. For the funniest candidate of the day, conservatives owe a big vote of thanks to a gentleman named Shiva Ayyadura (pronounced ah-yah-DOO-rah) in the Commonwealth of Mass., a man who is both a real Indian (from India!) and a real American (from America!) – unlike Fauxcahontas Warren, the current senator from that benighted state.

So Mr. A. is running against Liz (Fakey) Warren for Senate, and naturally, the local leftist thugs are trying to shut him up.

Liz Warren is the most ridiculous senator since Foghorn Leghorn, because she is such an obvious affirmative action cheat. When anybody objects that she doesn't have an particle of Indian DNA, her answer is to accuse other people of racism. (Of course!)

Well, this is a chance for payback.

The left has sliced and diced U.S. voters into blocs of blacks against whites, women against men, young against old, Amerindians against other Americans, on and on, regardless of sanity and common sense. The media protect race-baiting Democrats, which is why American politics has gone mad.

This used to be called "segging" when Bobby Byrd did it back in the Klan days in Miz'ssippi. Race-baiting is still the left's most destructive weapon. So for Democrats, racial resentments are never allowed to fade. That's why the country can't let go of racial divisions: it's the main tool the Democrats use to stay in power. They are disgusting.

Now sane voters in Massachussetts (if there are any left) can vote for a American citizen with an Indian name, whose family hails from India, against a raving left-o-nut from Harvard.

People from India (in Asia) know a lot about race-hatred because it's been used by mobs and demagogues since Day One. When India declared independence in 1947, the country split apart, into current India, Pakistan and later on Bangladesh, following murderous race and religious riots between Muslims and all the other Indian religions.

More than three million people died in the Partition of 1947, and Mr. Shiva Ayyadura probably knows about the downside of race baiting politics. But Liz Warren is still happy to play that card, over and over again, and I would therefore vote for Mr. A if I could. My state of California will let illegals vote for Hillary, but they would arrest me for voting for Mr. A in Mass.

    1. The radical left is the vulnerable to ridicule, especially Fauxcahontas and her kind. They are afraid of being exposed, and Mr. A is doing it just by running as a real Indian against a total fraud.

So Mr. A is staging a grand campaign aimed at the worst people in politics. I hope he wins. In that Paradise of Demagogues, the U.S. Senate, we need at least one clown who is willing to go for laughs.

In fact, I wish we had Mr. A in the Senate when Hillary and Bill occupied the White House – and promoted the likes of Robert Mueller and other lefto-swampo-crats in the Deep State. The DNC talent-spotters might have tracked fire-breathing supporters in the swamp, and when Obama came in, he did what they always do in Chicago. You might have noticed that DOJ bureaucrats contributed to the Hillary campaign, and Bill and Hillary usually operate quid pro quo.

Could you imagine the Bill and Hillary White House with Shiva Ayyadurai poking fun at them in the U.S. Senate every day? Can you imagine Ted Kennedy being laughed at by a man who would tell the truth? How about Obama the Mahdi? How about the clowns who run Iran? The world of politics is dying for lack of laughter.

Liz Warren has lied all her career to get affirmative action at Harvard Law School, where people obviously knew she was a fraud. Liz the Indian served the purposes of the lefties at Harvard, the same witch-hunters who chased Larry Summers out because he wondered out loud if little boys actually do make better mathematicians (while little girls have more fun). The screamers went into high gear, and the next day, Larry was kicked out. That's the Liz Warren mob.

Elizabeth Warren has suckered the voters of Mass, or, more likely, they just don't care anymore. After Teddy the K. and Vietnam John Kerry, they can't do worse. But somehow, with Liz, the voters of Mass were too drunk or delusional to think straight.

Ordinary Americans are routinely harassed with false accusations of racism. When the media scream "racist," they usually know it's a lie, because they are more evil than stupid. That "racist!" accusation still scares many Americans. How do you prove you're innocent? You can't.

This is how fascists operate. They make decency and honesty impossible.

So I would love to vote for Mr. Shiva A.

In the Indian pantheon (from India!) Shiva is an aspect of the Hindu trinity, both male and female. (This should make it trendy at Harvard.) The female aspect is a dancing goddess, a playful image of laughter – and laughter is what we need to dissolve the veils of delusion pumped out by our phony media.

Alfie Evans: Another Child Sacrifice on Britain's NHS Altar

    By Joe Herring

I admit, my reaction to the plight of young Alfie Evans is colored by my experience with my own grandson, Joseph, who suffers from a similar disorder.

I see Joseph's innocence in Alfie's eyes, and I struggle with the marked physical resemblance between Alfie and Joseph at that age. I also vividly recall the doctors counseling my daughter to abort her pregnancy, to save her child from suffering.

"He will likely live 18 months, certainly no more than three years," they told us solemnly. Joseph celebrated his 17th birthday in February of this year.

Regular readers of my columns will know his story...how the long sought diagnosis finally came after 16 years of trying, and how the discovery of his specific disorder (he is the only known case worldwide) revealed a function of human DNA previously unknown to science – a function the understanding of which is changing the way medicines are made.

I see Joseph's smile on Alfie's lips and recognize that look of trust and love. My heart is shredded over the arrogant, brutal indifference of the British National Health Service, willing to starve a child to death rather than risk another hospital proving its doctors wrong.

In a world distressingly familiar with violence, injustice, and hatred, a circumstance such as this – avoidable, by no means necessary – will torture our souls, as those charged with preventing man's inhumanity toward man pivot from protector to executioner at the behest of misbegotten laws designed to empower the state at the expense of the citizen, in service to collectivism as god.

Like the Nuremburg laws that made the atrocities of the Nazis all perfectly legal, even obligatory, England has adopted legislation that permits the doyens of the NHS to abrogate the rights of both patient and family with little more than a formal request to supine family courts, increasingly eager to burnish the reputation of their empty-suit, single-payer health care system......

    The Clintons and 'the Jews'

    By William F. Marshall

In its never-ending pursuit of revelatory records meant to expose corruption, fraud, waste – and evil generally – in the Deep State, Judicial Watch published an interesting set of records today received from the government in its glacial response to demands for Hillary Clinton's emails. The records reflect another disturbing email exchange among Hillary's top staffers regarding Jewish Americans, this time with the subject line "Jews."

Judicial Watch published an interesting analysis of this most recent batch of records, rightly focusing again on Hillary Clinton's dangerous abuse of national security information by trafficking it on her unsecure "home-brew" server. We also discuss yet more evidence of pay-for-play corruption revealed by the latest records, again illustrating the virtual melding of the State Department with the Clinton Foundation "philanthropy." Its beneficiaries were the Clintons and their vast political machine, with only six percent of their donations actually going to charitable causes in 2014, and the bulk going to "overhead expenses," like travel for the Clintons.

But one particular email exchange in this latest round caught my attention because it illustrates what I believe is an anti-Semitic current running through the top echelon of the Clinton political machine......
