  1. Would my mother who had a hip replacement at age 94 have been able to get one when they introduce quality over quantity? By the way, she lived until she was 105.

    Would she have been doomed to a wheel chair the last 11 years of her life?

    What will happen to an 85-year-old person who needs a new heart valve? Will that person get one?
