Sicily's mount Etna volcano erupts - video
Sicily's mount Etna has erupted for the first time this year, spewing lava and sending a plume of ash 5,000 metres into the air. The eruptions are a regular occurrence, and although spectacular, do not usually result in damage to property or injury. Flights are not expected to be disrupted by the ash cloud
