Anyone have any suggestions on anything the Pentagon has got right in the past 50 years?

The Pentagon confirmed Tuesday the Department of Health and Human Services has requested the use of three military installations in Texas to house some of the thousands of unaccompanied migrant children now overwhelming other federal government facilities.

The Defense Department has twice loaned facilities to HHS to house migrant children under both the Obama and Trump administrations. In early March, the Pentagon confirmed HHS had conducted a site visit to Fort Lee in Virginia but made no decision about whether to use the facility or not. Now, DOD has been asked to allow the use of barracks and land at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland Air Force Base, and Fort Bliss, all in Texas.

    Here's an idea I found on the intertubes:

    You can only purchase a gun one time every two years.

    It can only be a Tuesday in November.

    You must go and wait in line.

    There is only one place in your county. You must have multiple forms of ID. No one can give you water while you wait.

      Or maybe it's time to create a smart immigration system that doesn't convey citizenship on people who come illegally or get even a work visa.

      That said? Maybe term limits has time has come. The restriction of Congressmen from insider trading? Maybe taxing all remittences leaving the USA at 28%? Oh and while we are at it? Deportation of all Chinese college students unless they go tru a stringent background check? Start there.
