COLLECTIVE MADNESS

“Soft despotism is a term coined by Alexis de Tocqueville describing the state into which a country overrun by "a network of small complicated rules" might degrade. Soft despotism is different from despotism (also called 'hard despotism') in the sense that it is not obvious to the people."

One of President Donald Trump’s longtime legal advisers said he warned the president in a phone call Friday that Michael Cohen, Mr. Trump’s personal lawyer and close friend, would turn against the president and cooperate with federal prosecutors if faced with criminal charges.

Mr. Trump made the call seeking advice from Jay Goldberg, who represented Mr. Trump in the 1990s and early 2000s. Mr. Goldberg said he cautioned the president not to trust Mr. Cohen.

On a scale of 100 to 1, where 100 is fully protecting the president, Mr. Cohen “isn’t even a 1,” he said he told Mr. Trump.

Despite a Deluge of Negativity, Trump Is Still Popular

      By Brian C. Joondeph

If you watch cable news or read virtually any newspaper in the world, the only conclusion you can reach is that America has gone crazy. The most powerful country in the world, Ronald Reagan's "shining city upon a hill," has lost her collective mind, electing a madman as her president.

The onslaught is nonstop and unrelenting. Media coverage of President Trump is over 90 percent negative. There is virtually zero acknowledgment of his accomplishments, from a booming economy to record low unemployment rates, especially for minority groups. ISIS has been decimated, and trade deals are being renegotiated for the benefit of American workers, as opposed to the Chamber of Commerce and the donor class.

It's not just CNN or the New York Times, but instead a global phenomenon. A quick scan of international news headlines reveals nothing positive about President Trump. The Daily Mail runs a piece about the latest bimbo, to borrow a term popularized the Clintons, claiming an affair with Donald Trump several decades ago. Down under, the New Zealand Herald leads its international news section with this: "Little hands: What's in James Comey's book about Donald Trump," along a story about the villain du jour, Trump attorney Michael Cohen.

A visitor to Planet Earth would quickly leave, fearing an outbreak of mass insanity based on who the planet chose as the leader of the free world. Those of us who call this planet home begin to question our own sanity with the relentless gaslighting from the media of how terrible Trump and his presidency are. As a Trump-supporter, at times I question my own sanity, asking myself what I am missing here.

Fortunately, there are a few oases of clarity on talk radio and a handful of websites and blogs. Without these anchors of reality, the media charade would become reality, with even the most ardent Trump-supporters becoming Winston Smith in 1984, finally acknowledging that two plus two equals five.

One of my anchors is the Rasmussen Daily Presidential Tracking Poll. Rasmussen was the most accurate poll in the 2016 presidential election, unlike the cattle herd polls predicting a Clinton landslide until about 9 P.M. on election night.

      Delete
    5. On April 16, 2018, Rasmussen shows President Trump with a 51-percent total approve and a 48-percent total disapprove number. A small edge, but still the majority of polled Americans, and likely voters, approve of the president and the job he is doing. These are impressive numbers in spite of the singular focus of the American left, and even many Republicans, to destroy President Trump.

Fifty-one percent is his highest approval number in months, not breaking the 50 percent barrier since early in his presidency. And this number is on the heels of Michael Cohen's office being raided by the FBI, with rampant speculation over what Cohen is hiding about Trump. Then there is the so-called Boy Scout and former FBI director's book tour, revealing him to be nothing but a narcissistic mean girl – but nevertheless leading the news headlines for the past week over his disclosures about Trump's hands and hair.

Speaking of Cardinal Comey, as FBI agents often referred to him, another Rasmussen poll found that 46 percent of Americans "now want to see him prosecuted for leaking to the media." I hope Sleepy Jeff Sessions is awake and paying attention. Don't expect to hear that on MSNBC, though.

How was the great Barack Hussein O, the epitome of class and grace, with the sharp crease in his slacks, greatest president of our time, or perhaps all time, viewed by likely voters at a similar point in his presidency? Rasmussen again provides the answer, as it had a similar tracking poll during the Obama administration.

      Delete
    6. April 16, 2010, exactly eight years ago, 47 percent total approve, 52 percent total disapprove. Four percent more voters approve of Trump than Obama. Anyone see this reported on the evening news? I haven't.

Even with media fawning and adoration, Obama was below 50 percent 15 months into his "radical transformation of America."

We hear about the upcoming blue wave. Democrats are assumed to have already won the midterms, capturing the House and Senate. Trump's impeachment and removal from office are a foregone conclusion, the first order of business under the new Pelosi-Schumer Congress in January of next year.

Rasmussen is tracking the generic congressional ballot, too. Democrats hold only a 5-percent lead, narrowing since the beginning of the year. Real Clear Politics aggregates a number of polls, showing Democrats with anywhere from a 3- to a 10-percent advantage. But that's today, and the election is almost seven months away.

Congressional campaigns have not yet begun. Speaker Paul Ryan's departure is another factor. Republican voter enthusiasm is low due Congress's inability to accomplish anything substantive, despite being in the majority. Much of their failure is deservedly blamed on their leader, Paul Ryan. New blood in the speaker's chair versus "meet the new boss, same as the old boss" will affect Republican voter turnout and electoral results in November. Don't expect CNN to be discussing this, either.

Knowing that the midterms could be a referendum on Trump impeachment, expect his supporters to turn out, even if they have to hold their nose voting for a squishy Republican candidate.

The media drumbeat will continue. Comey's book tour will be lauded instead of being treated as reality TV, the FBI version of The Bachelor or Keeping Up with the Comeys. Mueller and Russia will be discussed on every newscast, breathlessly waiting for the next indictment. Michael Cohen's legal practice will be on full display to the world, as per the ruling by Clinton pal and Deep Stater Judge Kimba Wood, who, by the way, officiated George Soros's latest marriage.

Try as they might, the Deep State, both on the left and right, have not been able to derail the Trump train. The president is upbeat and confident in the face of a tsunami of criticism and hatred that would make most of us want to crawl into a hole and disappear. His agenda marches on, despite resistance from all quarters in Washington, D.C., including from his own party.

Investigations by the DOJ-OIG are marching along, promising fireworks and booms in the coming months. And most importantly, the president has the support of a majority of Americans, deplorables in flyover country who are able to see through or around the constant bashing and negativity.

    Spare us this last
    By Richard Jack Rail

We read that erstwhile FBI Director James Comey’s book is not doing well. Oh, it’s No 1 on Amazon, but there are no lines to buy it. Bookstores in D.C. that opened early for the expected business see more reporters than customers. This book ain’t long for No. 1 and it won’t make back its advance. On the brighter side, doorstops have come back into vogue.

Comey probably overestimated the public’s appetite for gossipy tomes confessing to greater-righteousness-than-thou. After Hillary’s multi-tome whinefest, recent history overflows with people whose moral superiority entitles them to our money adulation. James Comey, after all, has read Reinhold Niebuhr.

It isn’t all his fault. Liberalism just doesn’t go over well on paper in this day and age, where personality can’t directly influence the reader. Reading is a solitary exercise requiring contemplation, imagination, weighing and considering ideas, discipline. Progs can’t sustain enthusiasm in a vacuum of physical stimulation, so they don’t read much; it’s more fun to riot and yell bad words on the political playground.

On the other hand Comey has done the nation a serious service with these 304 pages. People now see what a small man he was all along, camouflaged by 6 feet 8 inches of phoniness dedicated more to public image than to doing and being what he were supposed to be and do – a man of high standards and dedication to the Constitution, enforcing the law.

The left did us a favor by shrinking J. Edgar Hoover down to human size 40+ years ago. Now we have seen what both sides do when they have the whip. Neither lives up to its exalted self-promotion. Each favors shiny lies and morality tales to the drudgery of an often-thankless job where one today must feel disliked, mistrusted, put down, humiliated, and unappreciated.

It’s time to abolish the FBI as we have known it. There is a place for such an institution in a vast country overrun with exploding Izzies, nut case shooters, deluded progs, racists of all colors and bad men from Putinland skulking around, but with powers vastly diminished and mission more narrowly defined.

It needs to be a job where the likes of James Comey aren’t attracted to it. That will spare us not only the vindictiveness of people who don’t deserve the trust vouchsafed them, but the rank hypocrisy of pettiness masquerading as virtue in 304 pages.

James Comey goes stale fast, hits end of his shelf life
    By Monica Showalter

Former Federal Bureau of Investigation director James Comey isn't quite the book bonanza he's been touted as. His book opening shows it. And, well, look at the book he's selling: with little more than florid descriptions to speak for his otherwise content-free book, and no big revelations, what we get from it is that he has a high opinion of himself, he's mad about getting fired, and he wants revenge. Yeah, yeah. And as the subject of his own book, he lacks the usual affection bestowed upon such people from the rabidly left-wing Occupods or the less rabid Hillaryites, because, well, he ran the FBI.

So now we see just about nobody showing up for the book's launch at the prestigious Kramerbooks, at the heart of the capital, on Dupont Circle at its opener. The Weekly Standard noted that there were more cameras than customers for this washed up bureaucrat's hectoring dialectic about his own virtue, and the store sold only about a dozen books, many to the reporters.

It didn't stop at Kramerbooks. Stephen Kruiser of Pajamas Media noted that the New York Times wrote an unflattering review of Comey's book tour behavior, here, because he made himself at home in the gutter, seemingly in an audition bid for an MSNBC commentator slot. He didn't actually do what a buyer of books might want him to do, which is tell us something new. As Thomas Lifson accurately noted the other day, the signs have been out there that we have already reached "Peak Comey," and the miserable sales from his book launch are a strong one.

Apparently, people in Washington, D.C., who are often swamp things, can see the game he is playing well. First there is the rollout, then the sycophantic questions from political allies, such as George Stephanopoulos, questions designed to conceal inconvenient facts rather than to shake out information – take a look at these missed questions noted by Real Clear Politics's Peter Berkowitz, and people knew they were being played. (I'd throw in a question about why he claims he had never heard of Gazprom, the Russian energy behemoth company Carter Page was connected to, and if he was so ignorant of that, why did he go after Page?)

The lefties don't like him, either. A liberal television host called Comey out for his hypocrisy and told him to quit putting one over on us by claiming he was doing it for the country. Even the lefties, still smarting over Hillary Clinton's loss to President Trump, recognize his soulless political animal act.

Maybe worst of all, the voters are beginning to notice that Comey's act is all an act. A CNN focus group unexpectedly bashed Comey and questioned his credibility (and even his manhood), while a poll shows that a growing plurality of voters wants Comey prosecuted for his self-serving leaks. Breitbart has the story here.

This is not the makings of a bestselling book. For the publishers, this big rollout represents a lot of bad judgment clouded by life in a left-wing bubble, given that they paid Comey reportedly millions in an advance. For the rest of us, the popped bubble represents a victory: people aren't as stupid as their supposedly betters make them out to be.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Fox News personality and former Westchester District Attorney Jeanine Pirro has paid $393 and must take a defensive driving course after pleading guilty to a speeding ticket she got in New York.

A state trooper clocked Pirro’s 2017 Cadillac going 119 mph on Route 17 in Nichols on Nov. 19.

Pirro pleaded guilty to driving 95 mph in a 65 mph zone and was fined $300. She paid the fine and a $93 state surcharge by mail on Feb. 5, according to the court clerk in Nichols.

Pirro, 66, of Harrison, had been heading to visit her ailing mother in Elmira, where she grew up.

Venezuela is starting to take hostages

    By Monica Showalter

Venezuela arrested two Chevron employees in Caracas Monday on trumped up charges of corruption.

On the surface, the act looks just plain insane: Venezuela's oil industry has cratered into a heap of rubble. Production of oil has fallen to 1949 levels, and five-digit inflation is destroying the value of the currency. Those two events are related: some 25,000 highly skilled state oil company employees have walked away from their jobs, unable to stand working for worthless currency that won't even buy them a cup of coffee.

Oil is responsible for 90% of Venezuela's export earnings and pretty well finances the Chavista government. The only hope this disastrous oil-collapsed country has left for any reprieve is in its foreign investors, such as Chevron. Even the Chinese and the Russians, who had been Venezuela's great white sugar-daddy hope, aren't touching them. There's just Chevron and a few other companies, hedging their bets that the Chavistas won't last by their willingness to wait them out.

And now Venezuela is arresting them.

Suicide? Naaah. Last year, the Chavistas, in a good imitation of what their Iranian and Cuban allies do, took a U.S. hostage. He was a Mormon kid from Utah who fell in love with a Venezuelan woman and foolishly agreed to visit her in that country. For his trouble, he got arrested and thrown into in a Chavista dungeon, where he remains to this day, a sad hostage to the dictatorial regime of Nicolás Maduro. The motive for the senseless arrest was to use the kid as a bargaining chip for the two nephews of his wife, who were busted by the Drug Enforcement Administration in Haiti for big-league drug-trafficking while actually living in the palace household. The Mormon kid was taken as an exchange chip for getting the two drug-dealers out of the U.S. can. Thus far, it hasn't worked.

Now we see the same bargaining-chip behavior going on with foreign investors and oil workers. The Chavistas are under grave threat of sanctions, and all of their schemes to evade them, whether through the issuance of crypto-currency or courting Hollywood celebrities to sing their socialist praises, have come to naught. Now they're taking hostages.

Last weekend, Venezuela became the pig at the garden party of democracy at the annual Summit of the Americas in Peru, the nation singled out for its dictatorial socialism and its willingness to drive out vast portions of its people. There actually were pigs released into the streets of Lima to illustrate the point. The sanctions talk was strong, and more are about to be piled on.

Venezuela has no way out of this because the thugs in the presidential palace intend to hold on to power forever. They also have no external influence and no allies. But we know they watch North Korea admiringly and were pleased as punch about the North Korean murder of innocent U.S. student-hostage Otto Warmbier.

They looked, they saw, they considered their increasingly thin options – and, like outlaws, they grabbed two Chevron employees as hostages.

This is thuggishness taken beyond ordinary Chavista extremes. They are going to be grabbing more people as times goes on. It's all the more reason to enact the sanctions, and maybe something more forceful. Nothing must be left out there for them to retaliate against.

    scot-free - Wiktionary
    https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/scot-free
Alternative forms[edit]. scotfree · scott free. Etymology[edit]. From Middle English scotfre, from Old English scotfrÄ“o (“scot-free; exempt from royal tax or imposts”), equivalent to scot (“payment; contribution; fine”) + -free. ... or penalties, to go free without payment. to get off scot-free (to get away without penalty; to beat the rap) ...

Began to wonder where that phrase scot-free came from

Goldberg predicts Cohen will cooperate with prosecutors because he's 'not suited' for life in jail

One of President Trump's former attorneys predicted Thursday that Michael Cohen may flip and begin cooperating with Robert Mueller's investigation against Trump over his fears of being sentenced to prison.

Jay Goldberg, who told the president not to trust Cohen during a phone call last Friday, told CNN in an interview that Cohen's character would not stand up to threats of imprisonment.

Goldberg sees Cohen "as someone not suited to stand up to the rigors of jail life," he told CNN's Erin Burnett.

"You think he's of weak character?" Burnett responded.

"I do," he added. "Prison has a racial overtone...and someone like Michael doesn't see himself walking down Broadway while people are clamoring, 'you're going to be my wife.'"

"A witness in Michael's position is able to glean what it would take to get a letter of cooperation from the government, he added. "And thereby avoid a lengthy prison term."

Goldberg represented Trump during his divorce proceedings with both Ivana Trump and Marla Maples. During a phone call with the president last Friday, during which Trump reportedly asked for advice on the Mueller investigation, Goldberg told Trump that Cohen would not protect him under duress.

"Michael will never stand up [for you]," Goldberg said he told Trump.

Cohen was revealed to be under criminal investigation last week after FBI agents conducted a no-knock raid on his home and offices. The president and his allies responded to the raid calling it a "disgrace" and a violation of attorney-client privilege.

Earlier this week a federal judge blocked an attempt by Cohen and President Trump to stop prosecutors from reviewing the materials that the FBI seized during the raid, instead allowing a "taint team" to view the materials before they are provided to prosecutors.

New Details: How Team Hillary Tried To Elevate Trump In The GOP Primaries

From early on, the Clinton camp saw Trump as an enemy to encourage, Chozick writes. During the campaign, as had been previously reported, there was an effort to elevate Trump into a so-called Pied Piper in order to tie him to the mainstream of the Republican Party.

“An agenda for an upcoming campaign meeting sent by [Campaign Manager] Robby Mook’s office asked, ‘How do we maximize Trump?’” Chozick writes, describing a time when the GOP primary was still crowded.

Even as Trump surged in the polls, the Clinton camp still saw him as a danger to stronger candidates rather than such a candidate in his own right, Chozick reports, so that in August 2015, “when the main GOP debate came on, everyone pushed their pizza crust aside and stared transfixed at the TV set… [Campaign Manager] Robby [Mook] salivated when the debate came back on and Trump started to speak. ‘Shhhhh,’ Robby said, practically pressing his nose up to the TV. ‘I’ve gahtz to get me some Trump.’ Robby thought Rubio would be the nominee. Podesta was bullish on Kasich. Bill and Hillary, still stuck in the 1990s, feared the Bush surname most of all.”

    https://hotair.com/headlines/archives/2018/04/new-details-team-hillary-tried-elevate-trump-gop-primaries/

The die was cast when Quirk sabotaged his own campaign by intentionally making an utter fool of himself in Hamtramck, Michigan.

If you do not see how this all fits together you deserve sympathy and understanding.

'Exploding Ant' Rips Itself Apart To Protect Its Own
When attacked, this otherwise assuming ant also releases a yellowish goo that smells like curry.

      BY JASON BITTEL

      PUBLISHED APRIL 19, 2018

HIGH IN THE treetops of Borneo, there’s an ant with a deadly secret. It can explode.

On the outside, it’s just an inconspicuous, brownish-red ant. It lacks large mandibles, cannot sting, and generally seems like easy pickings for any predator with a rumbly in the tumbly.

But when these ants feel threatened, they raise up their rumps as a warning, says Alice Laciny, an entomologist with Natural History Museum Vienna in Austria who described the first new species of exploding ant since 1935 in the journal Zookeys.

Then, if the would-be attacker—a much larger weaver ant, say—doesn’t back off, one or more tiny ants bite down on it, angle their backsides in close, and flex so hard that their abdomens burst at the seams. By tearing themselves apart, the ants sacrifice themselves to protect the rest of the colony.

Fittingly, Laciny and her coauthors named the new ant Colobopsis explodens, though the ability to blow up is not the species’ only interesting attribute. For one, when they explode, the ants unleash a secretion that is bright yellow, sticky, and toxic. (Read about a beetle that shoots chemicals from its rear end to survive being eaten.)....

Release of Comey's leaked memos seals his fate

    By Thomas Lifson

The label "Nixonian" is not a compliment, despite the many foreign policy accomplishments of the 37th president. That adjective now will surely be attached to the reputation of James Comey for the rest of his days and beyond.

Just as Richard Nixon's most famous words are "I am not a crook," James Comey's most famous words inevitably will be those revealed in the memos he leaked to the New York Times through a cut-out: "I don't leak. I don't do weasel words." Now that redacted version of those memos, dictated to memorialize his meetings with President Trump, have been released, the rest of his publicity tour for his pompously titled book, A Higher Loyalty, is going to be an ordeal.

The obvious contradiction inherent in discovering his self-recorded words "I don't leak" in a memo that he deliberately, and possibly feloniously, leaked makes him a national joke. Where are his media and political defenders going to go to escape derisive laughter?

Comey has made his bed, and now he is going to sleep in it. Forever.

SEOUL, April 21 (Yonhap) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has announced that the country will suspend nuclear and missile tests and shut down a nuclear test site in the northern area, state media said Saturday.

"From April 21, North Korea will stop nuclear tests and launches of intercontinental ballistic missiles," the Korean Central News Agency said.

"The North will shut down a nuclear test site in the country's northern side to prove the vow to suspend nuclear test," it added.

The decision was made at a plenary meeting of the central committee of the ruling Worker's Party of Korea (WPK) Friday, according to the KCNA.

  31. Gov. Hickenlooper on making pot illegal again: 'I'm not ruling it out'

By: Mark Harden, ColoradoPolitics.com April 20, 2018 Updated: 40 minutes ago

Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper was against legalizing marijuana in the first place -- but once the voters spoke, he went along and defended Coloradans' right to use recreational pot.

Now, however, in an interview with CNN, he appears to be opening the door a crack to the idea of re-criminalizing cannabis.

Hickenlooper was interviewed for a CNN piece posted Friday that noted a rise in Colorado crime rates since 2014, when recreation marijuana went on sale legally in the state following a constitutional amendment passed by voters in November 2012. (Medical marijuana was legalized in Colorado years earlier.)....

McCabe got the order to shut down Hillary investigation from...Obama?
    By J. Marsolo

Rush Limbaugh on his April 19 show said the important news in the report of Inspector General Horowitz's report is the August 12, 2016 call to McCabe from the Obama DOJ regarding the Clinton Foundation investigation. Limbaugh believes that it was Sally Yates, of the Obama DOJ, who called McCabe to tell him they were "concerned" about the investigation.

Horowitz found that McCabe lacked candor in describing how he authorized his in-house FBI special counsel (not Mueller) to reveal the phone call to Wall Street Journal reporter Devlin Barrett. By doing so, McCabe confirmed there was an FBI investigation of the Clinton Foundation.

Barrett was working on an article criticizing McCabe and the FBI on the basis that McCabe had shut down the investigation.

    The Horowitz report discloses:

McCabe told the OIG that on August 12, 2016, he received a telephone call from PADAG regarding the FBI's handling of the CF Investigation about FBI agents taking overt steps in the CF Investigation during the presidential campaign (the "PADAG call"). McCabe said that PADAG expressed concerns. According to McCabe, he pushed back, asking "are you telling me that I need to shut down a validly predicated investigation?" McCabe told us that the conversation was "very dramatic" and he never had a similar confrontation like the PADAG call with a high level Department official in his entire FBI career.

In federal-speak, "PADAG" means "Principal Associate Deputy General." "CF" means Clinton Foundation. "OIG" means Office of Inspector General.

It is not clear who was the PADAG on August 12 who made the call. Loretta Lynch was the attorney general. The critical fact is that McCabe understood the DOJ attorney to say the FBI had to "shut down" the Clinton Foundation because of the presidential election. You do not have to be an FBI agent to conclude that the Obama DOJ believed that the investigation of the Clinton Foundation would hurt Hillary's election bid.

While Mueller searches in vain for the nonexistent collusion and obstruction of justice by President Trump, there is clear evidence in the Horowitz report of obstruction of justice to interfere with the 2016 election by the Obama DOJ.

The media have been obsessed with covering the Comey book tour, Stormy Daniels, and the criminal referral of McCabe for "lack of candor."

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. But if McCabe is telling the truth that he received the phone call from the Obama DOJ, then that is clear evidence that the Obama DOJ tried to stop the investigation of the Clinton Foundation because it would damage Hillary's election bid.

McCabe's lack of candor about the August 12, 2016 phone call does not regard a contention that the phone call did not occur or the substance of the phone call. The lack of candor comes in regarding whether McCabe believed he had the authority to disclose the phone call to the WSJ reporter. To date, nobody from the Obama DOJ, such as Lynch and Yates, has denied the phone call. It is difficult to believe that the phone call was made without the knowledge and approval by Obama. Moreover, Horowitz did not find that McCabe lied about receiving the phone call.

Evidently, McCabe was upset that the WSJ reporter believed that McCabe was shutting down the Clinton Foundation investigation. McCabe wanted to notify the reporter that the Obama DOJ wanted the investigation shut down because it was an election year. This led him to disclose the phone call to the WSJ.

One would assume that McCabe informed Comey of the August 12, 2016 phone call. We do know that Comey knew as of October 30, 2016 that the Obama DOJ made the phone call to interfere. Horowitz's report states:

The account of the August 12 McCabe-PADAG call, and other information regarding the handling of the CF Investigation, was included in the October 30 WSJ article. We found that, in a conversation with then-Director Comey shortly after the WSJ article was published, McCabe lacked candor when he told Comey, or made statements that led Comey to believe, that McCabe had not authorized the disclosure and did not know who did.

Maybe a reporter will ask Comey when he learned about the August 12 call and what he did about it. Did he write a memo to himself saying, "Andy got call from DOJ. President Obama concerned that FBI is investigating Clinton Foundation"? Did he investigate?

Comey claims that President Trump may have obstructed justice by asking about General Flynn, but what did Comey do about the August 12 phone call?

McCabe, fired for lack of candor, may be the principal witness to show that Obama obstructed justice by having his DOJ tell McCabe to shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation.

At the same time that the Obama DOJ was calling McCabe to shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation, the Obama DOJ was using the Steele-Hillary dossier, paid for by Hillary, to obtain FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.

Time for McCabe to make a deal to disclose the full contents of the August 12 phone call, who made it, and what he told Comey.
