  1. On a slightly related matter, Miss O’Connor brings up the topic of Hawaiian black sea salt. It is a finishing salt, not a cooking salt. It superb for use on salads that have no other salt or grilled fish and vegetables also cooked without salt. It has an intensity that is hard to describe, something on the order of Ms. O’Connnor.
