President Obama took time out today from his gruesome schedule of monitoring world events, saving jobs, stopping foreclosures and saving the republic and advancing Western Civilization, to make his picks for the NCAA men's and women's basketball tournaments that start this week.
Obama videotaped a "March Madness" segment for ESPN; it will be broadcast Wednesday morning.
It is the hallmark and Obama presidential tradition since 2009, his first year in office, to break for some b-ball.

Housing starts will increase, but the housing stock won’t. The same goes for factories and office buildings. A nation isn’t richer when it has to allocate scarce resources to rebuilding. Just think how the money could have been used, in ways only entrepreneurs can envision, rather than rebuild what was destroyed"
