~ TSA Whistleblowing Patriot Pilot ~
To the thousands of patriotic Americans who have contacted us or shown support for the Patriot Pilot who exposed the major TSA security flaw at the San Francisco (SFO) airport and at other airports throughout the United States and perhaps the World, via YouTube, we say thank you. The Patriot Pilot is an average man, like many of us, who simply wanted to make sure that the American public was truly safe when flying the "frendly skies".
nfortunately, some in the Government, such as TSA, have worked overtime to try and convince us that we are safe, when we, in fact, know that we are not. How can TSA claim that air travel is safe when they can't even keep thousands of pounds of marijuana and hundreds of pounds of cocaine off our commercial aircraft? They can't using their current, myopic system, and punishing the Patriot Pilot is not going to make the skys any safer, either. To illustrate my point, there have been a number of instances where ground crews have been implicated in illegal activities involving commercial aircraft. For example, on August 6, 2010, "Ground crews at Puerto Rico’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport were accused ... of smuggling drug-laden suitcases aboard four major commercial airlines bound for the U.S. mainland. ... The three men arrested allegedly stowed cocaine-stuffed suitcases in the airlines’ cargo compartments and sometimes used tags stolen from properly checked luggage[.] ... Last year, nine employees of [a major commercial carrier] were accused of participating in a smuggling ring that allegedly sent at least 9,000 kilograms (19,800 pounds) of cocaine aboard flights from Puerto Rico to the U.S. over a decade."Caribbeanbusinesspr.com. In reality, a bomb is much smaller and substantially more dangerous than the thousands of pounds of drugs already believed to have been smuggled about commercial aircraft by ground crews. Clearly, drug lords know that airports are not the air tight security environments that TSA would like the rest of us to believe.
unishing the Patriot Pilot only serves to remind each of us that we are not free to seek redress from our Government as provided for in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. If we were, then the TSA would be asking for the help of EVERYAmerican and especially the tens of thousands of professional pilots who are flying into literally every airport in the World on a daily basis. What do they see that could make our safety system even better?
ow much better could we make the system if TSA worked with us and not againstus?
he Patriot Pilot would like to sincerely thank Sacramento News 10 Reporter George Warren for bringing this critical story to the American public so that we can finally force TSA to start an intelligent dialog about a real and complete security system.
or our country to truly have a safe aviation system, we need to create a security zone around the airport and check everyone and everything that comes into that security zone, without exception. The current system, as exposed by the Patriot Pilot, allows ground crews far to much unsupervised access to the aircraft and only invites another terrorist attack or mass air disaster. Let's plug the hole, NOW.
lease join us in contacting your congressional represenatives to ask that Congress hold hearings into TSA's compete lack of oversight in the aviation safety system, especially since we, the taxpayers and the flying public have already spent billions of dollars to make the skys safer, only to find out that the security system is, as the Patriot Pilot stated, "is just smoke and mirrors." Congress should ask the Patriot Pilot to testify about his treatment and what he thinks would make the system safer.

ReplyDeleteThe TSA? Is a Welfare Program masquerading as a Jobs Program...
ReplyDeleteMaybe 10% of the workers are competent.
Go look at who and what is screening and watching passengers and if that doesnt scare the shit out of ya nothing will...
Actually our unemployment program is WELFARE
ReplyDeleteSocial Security is WELFARE, if we are going to be "real" about it.
ReplyDeleteAs is Medicare.
So what?
Then call it WELFARE and be honest...
ReplyDeleteAnd while we are at it..
Eliminate governmental op-out of Social Security
I've been paying into the Social Security Trust Fund, and Medicare for 46 Years, and NOW you're going to tell me it's "Welfare?"
ReplyDeleteYou guys should run for Office. That should make a hell of a "platform."

I saw a pregnant woman at Myer last week.
That not-so-small bump struck me as...hopeful.
Really, really hopeful.
In re shoveling:
ReplyDeleteLike many things in life, you tend not to give it much thought. Until you're the one who has to do it.
It's odd. When my wife was pregnant I saw pregnant women everywhere.
ReplyDeleteWhen mom had cancer it seemed like everyone had cancer.
I quess I tend to notice in others whatever is going on in my own life.
Kinda self centered outlook, really.
I'm with RiledUp Rufus on that last comment.
ReplyDelete"I saw pregnant women everywhere."
ReplyDeleteI was glad to see her, whoever she is.
Maybe 'glad' isn't exactly the word for it.
Here she is, carrying around new life within her.
It's really wonderful when you stop and think about it.
It's actually precious.
Like many things in life, you tend not to give it much thought. Until you're the one who has to do it.

ReplyDeleteWell, it's winter now.
But not like any winter I can remember.
I find it to be a little odd this winter, too.

"The Last Kodachrome"
ReplyDeleteThe photography show is called "The Last Kodachrome" but the last Kodachrome images aren't in the show. They are still in Pat Willard's Nikon camera.
They will have to come out by next week because the last lab in the world that processes the famed color film, Dwayne's Photo in Parsons, Kan., is discontinuing it at the end of the year. The last rolls to be processed must be there by noon, Dec. 30. After 75 years, all that will be left of Kodachrome is the Paul Simon song, and a state park named after it in Utah.
There will still be a sister film called Ektachrome, but Willard, a fine art photographer in Redwood City, is not buying it.
"I'll probably do only black and white," he says, lowering his tone to a funereal whisper. "There's no color like Kodachrome."
---
The last roll Kodak manufactured was given to Steve McCurry, who shot the famous Kodachrome image of the green-eyed Afghan girl that was on the cover of National Geographic in June 1985. Last spring, he used up the roll in New York City and India, and the prints will eventually be on display in 2011 at the Eastman House museum.

Our life is twofold; Sleep hath its own world,
ReplyDeleteA boundary between the things misnamed
Death and existence: Sleep hath its own world,
And a wide realm of wild reality,
And dreams in their development have breath,
And tears, and tortures, and the touch of joy;
They leave a weight upon our waking thoughts,
They take a weight from off waking toils,
They do divide our being; they become
A portion of ourselves as of our time,
And look like heralds of eternity;
They pass like spirits of the past -they speak
Like sibyls of the future; they have power -
The tyranny of pleasure and of pain;
They make us what we were not -what they will,
And shake us with the vision that's gone by,
The dread of vanished shadows -Are they so?
Is not the past all shadow? -What are they?
Creations of the mind? -The mind can make
Substances, and people planets of its own
With beings brighter than have been, and give
A breath to forms which can outlive all flesh.
I would recall a vision which I dreamed
Perchance in sleep -for in itself a thought,
A slumbering thought, is capable of years,
And curdles a long life into one hour.

We have already had Republican Death Panels, here in AZ.
ReplyDeletePeople that had been approved for transplants, were then denied them.
Republican cost cutting was the reason for it.
A law in Arizona that cuts Medicaid funding for certain transplant operations is likely to bring about the deaths of poor residents in need of such procedures.
Starting in October, a measure passed by the Republican-led state legislature began denying Medicaid funds for organ transplants such as bone-marrow, lung, heart and liver transplants, which can be very expensive and are often performed in life-threatening cases.
The New York Times reports that Arizona doctors deem it a "a death sentence for some low-income patients, who have little chance of survival without transplants and lack the hundreds of thousands of dollars needed to pay for them."

What a strange, strange view. What, then, is the point?
The thing about Hardy is - all this modern moaning and groaning about 'realism' is an abberation from the older and more universal way of understanding things. Myth is comedy, the happy ending, not tragedy; this modern misunderstanding of things is typified by a guy like Hardy, who doesn't look in very far nor deep.

No, I don't dream about you.
I dream about myself.
I am full of insecurities. I've had to start paying new attention to those, too.
What, then, is the point?
Yes, that's a good, good question.
So is this one: Wasn't this much more entertaining when I had no idea that my life is an orchestration? An invention? Is there some purpose to letting me in on the machinations? Is it simply to observe the process of a Sim becoming aware that she inhabits Simworld?
That's what I gather.

RE: Shoveling
ReplyDeleteLast night I could hear scraping of snow shovels on the pavement and sounds of snow blowers outside as I laid on the couch watching TV. Usually with a significant amount of snow the shoveling gets done several times throughout the day.
I was hoping with the extreme wind that waiting until morning would be the smart thing to do. I was right. There is not much shoveling to do.
This just in, from the dysfunctional State of Israel:
ReplyDeleteThe Prime Minister announced that the Foreign Minister does not "really" represent the Government of Israel.
"The foreign minister's words reflect his understandings and personal opinions, as the various ministers in the government differ in opinion from one another," the PMO statement explained. "The government's position is only the one expressed by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu."
If the Government of Israel represents Judaism, the question becomes ...
Who represents the Government of Israel to the whirled?
If not their Foreign Minister.
Is "Bibi" Netanyahu both the face and voice of Judaism in the whirled?
Some how, I just find that hard to believe.
I agree with Allen.
ReplyDeleteThere is a philosophical trap that implies anything that ends was pointless from the onset.
We live, we die, what was the point?
Follow that to a logical conclusion and you conclude that if the ending had no meaning, then the beginning had no meaning, so everything in between was also meaningless, including this post and any discussion of it.
Find your joy where you can and if you can't, then learn to do it. That will be all the meaning you ever need.

Ash,
ReplyDeleteGiven your sensitivity to alleged ethnic cleansing, I knew you would want to know about the real thing:
“If there is an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, we won’t agree to the presence of one Israeli in it,” Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas told reporters in Ramallah on Saturday.
By the way, Ash, that is how the Muzzies ran Jerusalem before we drove out the Jordanian army (sic)in '67. That's right, Ash, Jews were not allowed into Jerusalem. Our holiest site was blocked, our synagogues destroyed and our cemetaries (and dead) desecrated.
Ash, it looks like the Palies want a return to the status quo ante (pre-1967). That's not going to happen.
Since Mr. Abbas has laid out the ground rules (ethnic cleansing of Jerusalem), I would love to see Israel cleanse Jerusalem of all Palestinians, leaving not a single one...Fair enough?
The fire in Carmel, where the Turks were quick to respond to the welfare of Israel, another symptom of their dysfunction.
ReplyDeleteA lack of fire fighting equipment is an indicator that the Israeli are not in a state of civil preparedness.
Especially when so many folks see an onslaught of missiles coming Israel's way.
The fires in Tokyo in 1944 exemplify the reason fire fighting is so important, especially during a "Clash of Civilizations".
The Israeli Government could not fight the fire, in Carmel.
It will not be able to in Tel Aviv, either, if it comes to that.
Those Israeli would have to become Palestinians.
ReplyDeleteA change of citizenship is all that'd be required. The Palestinians not granting "Green Card Residency".
That disputed land, never being legally administrated by Israel, anyway. Those Israeli would be illegal aliens.
Deportation of illegal aliens is not ethnic cleansing. Just ask Mrs Palin, or bob.
Seems reasonable.
Why wouldn't I have a wife.? I most certainly do, for the last thrity years. Sme one too, no substitute.
ReplyDeleteSo Melody, when is little mini mini me getting her first tattoo?
Quirk and I, who correspond privately, are planning on putting those half moon discs---it's late in life for this, but we are determined--behind our lower lips like some Africans do and making them go out so we can put a Ronald McDonald pancake there.
The Israelis planted all those trees.
ReplyDeleteNow will plant twice as many.
~ 10 million.
No doubt the Palis will treat them like the greenhouses if the powers that be grant Allah title once again.
Mr Abbas says Israeli and allen conflates that with Jews.
ReplyDeleteConflating religion with nationality, not the American way.
We're also thinking of carving a false feminine part on the underside of our penises so as to signify wholeness like some abos do, eh, Quirk. Quirk is high on this idea for some reason. I am a little hesitant.
ReplyDeleteSee I was right Melody. It's always better to leave the shoveling to another day. Something will take care of it.
ReplyDeleteYou all have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter, who's current goal in life seems to be to avoid getting a real working job, (Aristotle would approve of this) has gotten herself accepted into a fancy horse program at Ohio University, after she gets out of here.
ReplyDeleteI smell the influence of Miss Marion in this.
But it's ok, as she does truly love horses, most girls get over the infatuaion, and you only live one life at a time, and besides the satellite campus where this fancy program takes place is only some few miles from my wife's place on the Ohio River.
So I am happy about this. She could breed horses there.
When she's the boss, I might be able to get on as her stable boy.
"Why wouldn't I have a wife.? I most certainly do..."
ReplyDeleteNot.
"For better or worse, you are not left feeling as a voice crying in the wilderness."
Well, fuck, allen - fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck - I was not a voice crying in the wilderness until someone turned my life inside out.
Literally.
Inside out.
Along with that has come (a) always being alone and (b) never being alone.
I am always alone, but never alone by myself.

I am not going to exchange personal life tragedies with you, but if I did you would lose hands down doubled-redoubled.
ReplyDeleteI doubt you take much advice from anyone, but everyone has their own shit to deal with at one time or another. Their interests in anyone else's is very limited.
Those who come through tough times successfully are mostly, by a respectable measure, satisfied that they persevered and found happiness again.
It is a hard process.
Truly interesting comments. There is a huge difference between being lonely and being alone. The latter being a choice.
ReplyDeleteHuman animals are predators. Unlike prey animals, we have somewhat flat faces that only allow is to see about 160 degrees. We cannot look behind us easily. Our ears are cupped forward to hear what is in front of us. We were not designed to look behind us, nor should we be concerned with what is behind us. Look only forward.
So it is with our minds. Spending more than a nano second worrying over something in the past is a complete waste. Don't do it.
The level of pain and sorrow anyone experiences is only relative to what you have already experienced. Each experience makes you a little tougher than before.
It also helps to get over yourself.

I am not going to exchange personal life tragedies with you, but if I did you would lose hands down doubled-redoubled.
Once again, at some point, like I said earlier, you HAVE TO GET OVER YOUR FUCKING SELF and move on.
It will get better, you will just have to go with me on this one.
"Spending more than a nano second worrying over something in the past is a complete waste."
ReplyDeleteThis subject has come up a number of times here.
I am not worrying over things in the past. I do think about the past a lot, to the extent that I have to look at it differently now.
I am very much concerned with the future. With the very nature of it and of my life.
It's not what I thought it was.
Someone chose to make me painfully aware of that.
The man behind the curtain. "Yesterday upon the stair, I met a man who wasn't there..."
I could have continued on in ignorance.
I think I might prefer it. Along with my former self.
Just sayin'.
I have to agree with Gag on this one. Except it takes longer for some people to move on.
ReplyDeleteSitting behind a screen, crying into the wilderness to patrons at a bar you think is mocking your lost tormented soul is definitely not the answer.
I downloaded and listened to the unabridged novel. It was very good; hard to put down. Can't wait to see the movie.
ReplyDeleteRe: the hardships of life. Spring follows winter. Some winters are longer and harder than others but you have to keep the faith and cling to "this too, shall pass."

ReplyDeleteOur selves are what we have.
None of us really gets over it until the day we die.
But you know, Gag, the scroll function was invented for the purposes of avoiding the occasional, insufferable self-absorption and self-pity of some.
The galloping insanity of others.
And any post pertaining to Israel.
My mother used to say, "rub some dirt on it."

By the way:
ReplyDeleteLove is disambiguation.
I Googled it.
What I think is there's a klind of echo effect from some things from long ago. For instance, FFB is long over being pissed about a major lawsuit of years ago, but, alas, I'm still dealing with some off the aftereffects. I'm over it, but still have to deal with it.
ReplyDeleteA little moaning and groaning doesn't hurt anything.

ReplyDeleteThe fire in Carmel, where the Turks were quick to respond to the welfare of Israel, another symptom of their dysfunction.
A lack of fire fighting equipment is an indicator that the Israeli are not in a state of civil preparedness.
Interesting logic our bar's rodent has...
It's interesting that the rodent forgets our very own American forest fire history...
The Carmel fire was tragic, and did take three WHOLE days to put out...
To compare that to the Tokyo fires? wow..
Then he accesses Israel's ready response from garbage/arson fires to what will happen in the next war...
Notice how he ignores the 10's of thousand of rockets fired into Israel by hamas and hezbollah and the lack of raging forest fires???
Our rodent (ishmael) is so quick to find any weakness of Israel he ignores the inverse...
If any arab nation actually had forests (not stripped bare) would the arabs be able to handle thousands of rockets and arson?
Would America be able to handle the same?
Israel was helped by the Turks who sent a fire fighting plane. Excellent. And Israel sends assistance to nations across the globe on a monthly basis for earthquake rescue and medical teams. SO what?
Our Rodent can only use his bony claws to point blame and suggest bad things about Israel, it's his life goal..
Newsflash for ya Rat. israel aint falling apart and will do just fine..
As for the next war? It's coming, you may want to call your family and tell them to flee now...
As for your other comment about a new and israeli free "palestine"?
Palestine is a myth. It has never been a real state, and as it looks now? never will be...
It is a Klan of robbers and looters, it is not a group of people seeking nation state building...
No land concession will appease them, they are not seeking to create but rather destroy...
the good news?
the story for "palestine" is almost over...
it will be a still born birth...
dead on arrival....
You get old enough, there isn't much to think about but the past. Or dream of the other world.
ReplyDeleteOr concentrate on one's loves.
"And, Trish, if you are dreaming about staircases..."
ReplyDeleteThat was a great dream. Scrambling high heels on marble (very Latin American) and all.
I learned not to wear high heels to functions. Mostly. Marble everyfuckingwhere. It's like skates on ice.
And I'm no skater.
Why me?
ReplyDeleteLove is a drug. Google that.

ReplyDeleteStairs
To dream that you are walking up a flight of stairs, indicate that you are achieving a higher level of understanding. You are making progress into your spiritual, emotional or material journey. The dream is also analogous to material and thoughts that are coming to the surface.
To dream that you are walking down a flight of stairs, represents your repressed thoughts. You are regressing back into your unconscious. It also refers to the setbacks that you are experiencing in your life. If you are afraid of going down the stairs, then it means that you are afraid to confront your repressed emotions and thoughts. Is there something from your past that you are not acknowledging?
To dream that you slip or trip on the stairs, signify your lack of self confidence or conviction in the pursuit of some endeavor. If you slip going up the stairs, then it means that you are moving too fast toward attaining your goals. If you slip going down the stairs, then it suggests that you are moving too quickly in delving into your unconscious. You may not be quite ready to confront your unconscious or repressed thoughts.

High Heels
ReplyDeleteTo dream that you are wearing high heels, represent femininity and glamour. You feel confident and self-assured. Alternatively, high heels indicate that you are feeling restricted and limited in your role as a female. You do not think that you can fully and freely express yourself.
The dream probably symbolizes her fears and insecurities of moving forward.
ReplyDeleteThe climbing of stairs, the heels and marble floors, like skates on ice, probably symbolizes two steps forward and one back.
That is just me, though.
I guess I should refresh the page before I comment.
ReplyDeleteAs a student of such things, I testify there are staircases, ladders, etc scattered all through literature.
ReplyDeleteLife is two steps forward, one step back, a slow agonizing spiral ascent toward the light.
The dove flies through the darkness and the darkness always recedes, and that darkness is the mystery of God.

I also believe it's a song by Keisha, Gag.
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for the drug in synthesized, pill form.
Were the accompanying warnings so dire and so many that they comprised a slim volume, it still wouldn't approach the real thing.
jeez, Melody, I was just writting the very same phrase, cept I threw in the old spiral symbol.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I need some rehab,
ReplyDeleteOr maybe just need some sleep
I've got a sick obsession,
I'm seeing it in my dreams
I'm looking down every alley,
I'm making those desperate calls
Im staying up all night hoping,
Hit my head against the walls
What you've got boy is hard to find
Think about it all about it all the time
I'm all strung up my heart is fried
I just cant get you off my mind
Because your love, your love, your love, is my drug
Your love your love your love
I said your love, your love, your love, is my drug
Your love your love your love
Won't listen to any advice, mamma's telling me to think twice
But left to my own devices i'm addicted its a crisis!
My friends think I've gone crazy, my judgment is getting kinda hazy
My status is gonna be affected if I keep it up like a love sick crackhead
nice...
Reminds me of my son when he was younger and his agonizing over possible side effects of even common prescription medications:
ReplyDelete"Read this! I'm not taking this! I might bleed out my ass!"
He recently saw the end of a romantic relationship, his first serious one, that might be described that way.
That's one powerful song
ReplyDeleteThe dream was great because someone - a perfect stranger - said something about me as a wife.
ReplyDeleteI was compared to an actress from the forties, I think, whose name for the life of me I can't recall.
I should be having nightmares every night and it's a mystery that I don't.
"love is a second hand emotion"
ReplyDeleteCapricorns are considered the loner of the zodiac, but have a great need to be loved and appreciated. Unfortunately, you won't let this be known. You hide behind many masks and when one is revealed there is still yet another. It may take a long time to discover the real you. You may seem indifferent and aloof only because you are so self-contained. But the very elusiveness of your personality can be very hypnotically attractive. Like a riddle wrapped inside a sphinx. There seems to be a fascinating secret buried in your depths and anyone willing to penetrate your shell of reserve will be greatly rewarded. That's if you can get in.
ReplyDeleteThis is quite good.
heh, Capricorns may be a kind of Tibetan hungry ghost, trying to suck adulation out of others.
:)
Rosemary Clooney was an expert of climbing stairways with heels.
ReplyDeleteat, not of
ReplyDeleteAlso, I was running up the stairs for a pack of cigarettes before my ride left.
ReplyDeleteCloset smoker Leslie didn't have any.
That's a hell of a dream Trish it may have no bottom to it.
ReplyDeleteBottom's Dream -
"[. . .] The eye of
man hath not heard, the ear of man hath not seen,
man’s hand is not able to taste, his tongue to conceive,
nor his heart to report, what my dream was. I
will get Peter Quince to write a ballad of this
dream: it shall be called ‘Bottom’s Dream’, because
it hath no bottom; and I will sing it in the latter end
of a play, before the Duke. Peradventure, to make it the
more gracious, I shall sing it at her death."
Midsummer Night's Dream
I don't take my dreams lightly. They all have meaning. They all symbolize something. Some are future warnings and some are present truths.
ReplyDeleteI can wake up and fall back to sleep and finish where I left off.
I used to be able to control my dreams.
Thinking of a Midsummer's Night's Dream, Cupid is often depicted blindfolded, shooting his arrow he knows not where.
ReplyDeletePerhaps from the higher perspective it makes not much difference -
"And all the women are my sisters and lovers"
Walt Whitman
heh
:)
But I don't think so.
dreams, smeams. It is probably what you had for dinner.
ReplyDeleteI used to be able to control my dreams.
ReplyDeleteThat's a remarkable talent.
Isn't that called lucid dreaming?
Maybe I'm thinking of something else.
When I finally finally blissfully get to sleep, I don't seem to dream much at all, that I can recall, though I sometimes - often - have intense mental activity before falling asleep.
Think what you want. My dreams don't lie.
ReplyDeleteEspecially, when I see it with my own two awake eyes.
"Rosemary Clooney..."
ReplyDeleteI don't think that was it.
My favorite heels are one-inchers. Pointy toes. Black patent and fabric. I've worn them with everything, to everything. The perfect pair of dressy shoes.
Well, it's been great fun.
Maybe we should analyze someone else's dream.
Anyone?
Anyone?

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Dreamer
ReplyDeleteStaircases, redheads.
I don't remember my dreams much lately since I started to take something for sleep. I keep paper and pencil next to my bed so when I wake up and remember I can write it down.
ReplyDeleteLast week I woke up totally remembering every detail of my dream. I even recited it over and over in my head thinking I would remember it. I never wrote down.
I woke up soon after thinking it had been half the night. I completely forgot my dream and vaguely remember laying there for ten minutes wide awake going over my dream.
I'm pretty sure I was not awake during the night for ten minutes trying to remember my dream.
I'm dreaming of crab salad at Win-Co Foods which is where we are going.
ReplyDeleteI dreamt I had the crabs.
ReplyDeleteAwoke and screamed about a missing fire alarm box faceplate that appeared like some large arachnid crawling down the wall toward my bed.
(I'm nearsighted)
"I sometimes - often - have intense mental activity before falling asleep."
ReplyDeleteYou're delusional, Bob:
Seek professional help, or if that is beyond you, ask your wife to do it for you.
...like that poor celeb with the shrunken brain had
ReplyDeletehad intense mental activity.
Not
Thus she deserved death by dehydration.
I'm sure you'd prefer waterboarding to that, who knows, a few more neurons might even fire for the duration.

I like my women just a little on the trashy side.
ReplyDeleteYou should've seen the looks on the faces of my Dad and Mom,
When I showed up at the door with a date for the senior prom.
They said: "Well, pardon us, son, she ain't no kid.
That's a cocktail waitress in a Dolly Parton wig."
I said: "I know it, dad. Ain't she cool, That's the kind I dig."

ReplyDeleteIt's an interesting experience, you should try it sometime.

ReplyDeleteLeast I have intense mental activity sometime during the day, Quirk.
Could be an aneurysm Bob.
I'd have it checked out.
.
Veronica Lake? No.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't a sex symbol, whoever it was that was mentioned.
Appropriate, because neither am I.
I'll remember. Eventually.
