President Obama Celebrates Cinco de Mayo and Reminds us we are all Mexicans Today.

The always entertaining Barack Hussein Obama, entertaining the Mexicans in the White House, while the Mexican government is targetting Arizona for trying to enforce US immigration laws, laws of which are much more repressive in Mexico.

You will also enjoy the lovely Michelle clapping, looking lovingly at her Kenyan husband, stumbling over the Spanish names. Obama reminds the Mexicans about the transfer of wealth to them via healthcare changes.

Obama reminds us we are a nation of diversity, immigrants and laws, many of the laws not enforced by the US Federales ( I thought I would get into the spirit.)

  1. Well, you're running 2 for 2 tonight on my boredoutamyf'ckinskullmeter.

I've been watching "America, The Story of Us" on the History Channel.

Did you know the Hubble Telescope runs on Whale Oil? (I'm not for sure what they really meant by "runs on," but it's still interesting, I thought.

  3. Obama gave the impression in remarks last week that he thought the political environment ahead of mid-term elections was perhaps too tough for such legislation to pass Congress.

Democratic leaders in Congress had said they intended to push for passage of reform this year - possibly to alienate Republicans who oppose the legislation - from crucial Hispanic voters.

But they have since backtracked and the timing of any effort at comprehensive immigration reform and to offer 11 million illegal immigrants a legal path to citizenship is unclear.

  4. I imagine that Congress is through for the year. I don't think you could get a voice vote in favor of Mama, and apple pie through from here on out.

  5. It is one of those nights where we just have to wait for BP, Greece, The Germans politicians, English voters and Eric Holder to entertain us.

  6. Must be the lubrication on the moving parts.

Gears and what-not when they rotate the lens to point to specific things.

Rotating the solar panels to the ideal angles.

  8. That must be what they meant Sam. Just a strange use of words.

  9. Or does it have little thrusters that move it around?

    Hell, I don't know.

  10. It has to have thrusters. I'm way too tired, and sleepy to try to look it up.

  13. BP said that it could take up to a week to lower the structure into position and bolt it to the seabed.

The company declared a partial success yesterday in its operation to control the spill after it sealed off one of three leaks from the well pipe by attaching and closing off a valve.

However, there are growing fears that the slick could hit the coast of Florida, triggering a mobilisation of National Guard troops as far south as the Florida Keys.
