Defending America By Knowing America: Killing England

Make no mistake, we are close to a civil war. If you don't believe that, then let me rephrase it:

If you you don't know that you are already in a civil war, you already are losing. The Left has seized control of the schools, the bureaucracy, the media and is now on a mission to nullify, erase and redefine US history.

The Schools:

SPECTATOR

Safe spaces and ‘ze’ badges: My bewildering year at a US university

Fear of causing offence on campus is stifling free thought – as I’ve found to my cost

As a child in Glasgow, I learned that sticks and stones might break my bones but words didn’t really hurt. I’m now at New York University studying journalism, where a different mantra seems to apply. Words, it turns out, might cause life-ruining emotional trauma.

During my ‘Welcome Week’, for example, I was presented with a choice of badges indicating my preferred gender pronouns: ‘he’, ‘she’, ‘they’ or ‘ze’?

The student in front of me, an Australian, found this hilarious: ‘Last time I checked, I was a girl.’ Her joke was met with stony silence. Later I realised why: expressing bewilderment at the obsession with pronouns might count as a ‘micro-aggression’. Next stop, ‘transphobia’.

It was soon obvious to my fellow students that I was not quite with the programme. In a class discussion early in my first semester, I made the mistake of mentioning that I believed in objective standards in art. Some art is great, some isn’t, I said; not all artists are equally talented. This was deemed an undemocratic opinion and I was given a nickname: the cultural fascist. I’ve tried to take it affectionately.

After a year on campus, on a course entitled ‘Cultural Reporting and Criticism’, I still feel unable to speak freely, let alone critically. Although it doesn’t apply to my own course, friends have told me about ‘trigger warnings’ that caution they are about to be exposed to certain ideas; the threat of micro-aggressions (i.e. unintended insults) makes frank discourse impossible. Then there is the infamous ‘safe space’ — a massage-circle, Play-Doh-making haven — where students are protected from offence (and, therefore, intellectual challenge).

During class discussions, I’ve learned to discreetly scan my classmates’ faces for signs that they might be fellow free-thinkers. A slight head tilt at the mention of Islamophobia, a gentle questioning of what exactly is meant by ‘toxic masculinity’. I was thrilled to see a scribbled note — ‘This is utter shit’ — on someone’s copy of one of the reading requirements, Maggie Nelson’s The Argonauts (an introduction to queer theory). In this way, I found the members of my secret non-conformist book club.

We met in a disused convent in Hell’s Kitchen and discussed campus-censored ideas. We read Douglas Murray’s The Strange Death of Europe, Laura Kipnis’s Unwanted Advances: Sexual Paranoia Comes to Campus and Walter Benn Michaels’s The Trouble With Diversity: How We Learned to Love Identity and Ignore Inequality. We were a diverse group: a Catholic woman, a black conservative man, an anti-theist neoconservative, a Protestant libertarian, and a quick-witted Spanish contrarian. We were united in agreeing that we should be free to disagree. We made our own unsafe space, and at the end of each meeting, we were invigorated and parted on good terms.

It seemed to the members of my book club that academia is losing its way. It is riddled with paradox: safe spaces which are dangerously insular; the idea of ‘no absolutes’ (as an absolute); aggressive intolerance for anything perceived as intolerant; and censorship of ideas deemed too offensive for expression. It’s a form of totalitarianism and it’s beginning to infect British universities, too.

The morning after the US election, New York was bluer than ever. My classmates were in tears, including one professor. Protesters chanting ‘Not my President’ took to the streets as cries of ‘How did this happen?’ ‘What will we tell our children?’ and ‘What a terrible day for [insert identity group]!’ echoed down NYU’s hallways.

Two weeks later, I spent a slightly surreal Thanksgiving with my friend’s family in the DC area. My friend’s father is the former Republican senator and twice presidential candidate Rick Santorum. As I stuffed my face with turkey, I couldn’t believe my luck. Santorum’s insights into the new administration were as close to an insider’s scoop as any student journalist could hope for.

I was sure that, despite their differences in outlook, my classmates would be fascinated to hear about what he had to say. But before I had mustered the courage to share my experience, I received the following email from a professor: ‘Dear all, hope you are all recovering well from any encounters with Trump-supporting relatives over Thanksgiving. I should be all right myself in a day or so.’ Naturally, when this professor asked me, ‘How was your first Thanksgiving?’ I chose to speak exclusively about marshmallow yams.

This is daft, certainly. Even funny, in a macabre way. But it also raises a serious point: the university experience in America is now not one that will adequately prepare students for real life. In real-life democracy, people disagree — and normally they don’t die or suffer emotional injury because of it. In normal life, there’s no reason not to like someone with whom you disagree politically. On campus, opinions are often ontology: you are what you think. But this is dangerous logic: if I hate what you think, I must hate what you are.

At the end of the year I hosted a party in my grungy sixth-floor apartment in Washington Heights, where my classmates finally came face-to-face with some real-life conservatives. I had naively hoped people wouldn’t talk about politics. But my hopes were soon dashed. A friend’s boyfriend came wearing a Reagan and Bush T-shirt. When confronted about his choice of outfit, he shrugged confusedly: ‘It’s laundry day.’ Another friend, an African-American conservative, who was wearing a US military cap, was furiously berated from across the room by a liberal of colour, ‘How can you be a conservative and black?’

When two classmates pointed in horror to the (admittedly large) crucifix on my wall — my own identity signifier — I climbed out of the window and on to the fire escape. The game was up. An image of the dying Jesus had scuppered my intellectual, perhaps even moral, credibility. I would be returning to NYU in the autumn, the flag of ‘cultural fascism’ forever nailed to my mast. A highly intoxicated friend, who had been enthralled by the whole experience, soon joined me. Handing me a cigarette, he congratulated me on ‘bringing people together’.

  4. Our Lady of the Rockies

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Our_Lady_of_the_Rockies

Our Lady of the Rockies is a 90-foot (27 m) statue, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, that sits atop the Continental Divide overlooking Butte, Montana. It is the fourth tallest statue in the United States after Birth of the New World, The Statue of Liberty, and the Pegasus and Dragon in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

The statue was built by volunteers using donated materials to honor women everywhere, especially mothers. The base is 8,510 feet above sea level and 3,500 feet above the town. The statue is lit and visible at night.

    A true community project -

    Construction[edit]
The statue was first imagined by local resident Bob O'Bill. In 1979, his wife was seriously ill with cancer. He promised the Blessed Virgin Mary that he would make a 5-foot statue of her in his yard if his wife recovered.[1] When she recovered he began the project with his fellow workers who gradually changed the initial vision to a 90-foot-high mountain top statue. Many people in Butte donated materials and time to make the statue a reality. The design for the statue was engineered by Laurien Eugene Riehl. He was a retired engineer for the Anaconda Company who donated his engineering skills to the project. The statue had to withstand the powerful windsheers that buffet the ridge tops. Joe Roberts donated his lot and buildings for the construction of the statue. The statue was airlifted from Roberts Rocky Mountain Equipment to its present site on the Continental Divide.

Work on the project began December 29, 1979. Volunteers spent many summer evenings blasting a road to the top of the Rockies, sometimes making only 10 feet of progress a day. The base of the statue was poured in September 1985 with 400 tons of concrete. The concrete was provided by Pioneer Concrete Company, a longtime family business in Butte, Montana. On December 17, 1985, a CH-54 Tarhe from the Army National Guard's 137th Aviation Company lifted the statue in four sections into place.

  5. Forget Confederate Monuments. Let’s Remove Catholic Statues
JAZZ SHAWPosted at 11:31 am on August 26, 2017

Everyone seems to be pulling down and hauling off monuments these days. From Confederate symbols to Jefferson and Ulysses S. Grant, all manner of statues and icons are being covered up or dragged off to be hidden away from the eyes of the easily offended. But out in California one private school has adopted the policy in a different way. The San Domenico School in San Anselmo, California (which is a private Catholic school by the way) raised the ire of some parents and students when they decided to remove some Catholic statuary from the school grounds.

SEE ALSO: Looks like Italians are largely fed up with the flood of refugees

In case you were wondering if that was a typo, it wasn’t. And their reasons for doing it had nothing to do with the Confederacy (obviously) but they were worried about offending particular groups of people. (Fox News)

Looks like Italians are largely fed up with the flood of refugees

A California independent school is facing a backlash from parents after officials removed and relocated some of the Catholic statues on its campus over concerns that they were “alienating” prospective students.

The head of the San Domenico School in San Anselmo said parents of some prospective students who visited the campus – which was founded in 1850 and serves 671 students grades K-12 — expressed concern about the religious figures, according to the Marin Independent Journal.

“If you walk on the campus and the first thing you confront is three or four statues of St. Dominic or St. Francis, it could be alienating for that other religion, and we didn’t want to further that feeling,” Cecily Stock said.
As noted above, the story came from the Marin Independent Journal. They provide the backstory which is a tale of enrollment and tuition more than religion or ideology. One parent, Shannon Fitzpatrick, sent a letter to the school listing a series of changes which had been implemented long before the statues were removed, all of which seemed to water down the original foundation of the institution.

    1. “Articulating an inclusive foundation appears to mean letting go of San Domenico’s 167-year tradition as a Dominican Catholic school and being both afraid and ashamed to celebrate one’s heritage and beliefs,” wrote Fitzpatrick, whose 8-year-old son attends the school.

She added, “In our time here, the word ‘Catholic’ has been removed from the mission statement, sacraments were removed from the curriculum, the lower school curriculum was changed to world religions, the logo and colors were changed to be ‘less Catholic,’ and the uniform was changed to be less Catholic.”
A couple of points to make here. First of all, this is a private school and providing they remain within the boundaries of the law, what they choose to do with their printed material and decorations around the campus is strictly between them and the families who send their children there. No external intervention is required.

With that said, the parents clearly have a several good points on their side. They signed up to send their kids to a Catholic school and presumably pretty much all of them did so for a reason. And they have standing to make their expectations known to the school officials, particularly when you find out that they are shelling out $29,850 for a single year’s tuition to go to kindergarten. If they are looking for an environment for their children which provides not only a quality education, but an atmosphere of faith, it seems that they have the right to complain.

The other question which I would put to the administrators has to do with their marketing plan. I’m not sure how many students they wind up getting who fall into the “other” category in terms of religion, but how many non-Catholics are showing up to pay that kind of money to attend a Catholic school? If you show up for class on the first day and are offended at seeing a statue of the Virgin Mary it seems to me that you didn’t put very much thought into your school choice.

If the school is in such dire financial straits that they need to attract non-Catholic students, it might be time to stop calling it a Catholic school. But at that point it sounds as if you’re going to drive away a significant portion of your existing base of families. An unwise move no matter how you juggle the explanations.

In today's America, conviction will often sell out to greed. It's the way of the world in the good old USA.

Following a long term trend, religiosity in general has been dying in the US except among the newly converted and the fanatics. And here, when I say religiosity, I'm talking about strong religious feelings and belief.

Parochial schools have been here since the beginning but with declining membership and rising costs most have been struggling. For the 'successful' ones, proselytizing has been replaced by fund raising. For the non-successful ones they are consolidated or sold.

The Catholic grade school I went to was sold. The parish church, a massive edifice that was a wonder to behold with massive vaulted ceilings, marble altars, oak pews, and stained glass windows running the entire length, was paid for with somewhat less than voluntary donations from the dirt poor parishioners including my parents. It also was sold to some evangelical group run by a guy with a local radio show.

I went to a Catholic high school. It had the mandatory football field, but it was long after I left before it had a gym or swimming pool. It was located near the boundary with Detroit. And when the neighborhood declined and enrollment dropped they moved, north away from Detroit.

Now, I still get fund raising requests from them as they seek to buy a new plot of land or erect some new building. As with seemingly all new high schools being built these days, it has the mandatory 'sports center', gym, Olympic sized pool, a field designed to seat thousands, computer center, etc. The expanded to handle grades 1 - 8 on a nearby campus shortly after the move north. They haven't started removing statues yet, but the only reference the fund raising literature makes to religion is the occasional reference that the 'academy' being a great place for kids to get a good 'Christian' education.

Congress Quietly Passed A Bill Allowing Warrantless Searches of Homes - Only 1% Opposed It

A bill that will allow homes to be searched without a warrant was passed with overwhelming support by the United States Congress, and signed into law by President Trump—and it happened with no media coverage and very little fanfare.

On the surface, House Joint Resolution 76 looks harmless. The title of the bill claims that its purpose is “Granting the consent and approval of Congress for the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, and the District of Columbia to enter into a compact relating to the establishment of the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission.”

“Whereas the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, an interstate compact agency of the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the State of Maryland, provides transportation services to millions of people each year, the safety of whom is paramount; Whereas an effective and safe Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority system is essential to the commerce and prosperity of the National Capital region; Whereas the Tri-State Oversight Committee, created by a memorandum of understanding amongst these 3 jurisdictions, has provided safety oversight of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.”

The proposal for a safety commission to act as a wing of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority may sound logical, when its power includes thing such as the ability to “Adopt, revise, and distribute a written State Safety Oversight Program” and to “Review, approve, oversee, and enforce the adoption and implementation of WMATA’s Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan.”

However, there is one major red flag buried within the text of the bill that stems from the list of “powers” given to the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission, and it violates one of the basic tenets of the U.S. Constitution.

“In performing its duties, the Commission, through its Board or designated employees or agents, may:Enter upon the WMATA Rail System and, upon reasonable notice and a finding by the chief executive officer that a need exists, upon any lands, waters, and premises adjacent to the WMATA Rail System, including, without limitation, property owned or occupied by the federal government, for the purpose of making inspections, investigations, examinations, and testing as the Commission may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this MSC Compact, and such entry shall not be deemed a trespass.”

    Replies
    1. The text gives the Commission the authority to enter property near the Metro Rail System “without limitation” and without a warrant, for the purpose of “making inspections, investigations, examinations, and testing.”

This clearly goes against the Fourth Amendment, which states that Americans’ rights “to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause.”

When the bill was brought to a vote in the House of Representatives, there were only five Congressmen who voted against it: Representatives Justin Amash, a Republican from Michigan; Walter Jones, a Republican from North Carolina; Thomas Massie, a Republican from Kentucky; Alex Mooney, a Republican from West Virginia; and Mark Sanford, a Republican from South Carolina.

Amash called out the hypocrisy surrounding the fact that even though this legislation is in clear violation of the Constitution, it was passed by Congress with overwhelming support. “Only 5 of us voted against bill allowing govt to enter/search private property in parts of VA, MD & DC w/o warrant,” He wrote on Twitter.

This is not the first time Congress has quietly passed a bill that will take away some of the most basic rights from law-abiding citizens in the U.S., and it won’t be the last. One of the most important things to remember about this legislation is that it was ignored by the media, and while it may only affect the Washington D.C. metro area now, it could be laying the blueprint for future legislation across the country.

Last Saturday, the big news wasn’t a right-wing rally in Boston that attracted a handful of people; it was the counter-protest, which the mayor estimated at some 40,000 people, some of whom decided to throw rocks and bottles of urine at cops since there were no Nazis about to punch.

This Saturday, an even smaller right-wing gathering that was supposed to take place in San Francisco — something called the Patriot Prayer rally — moved to a smaller venue, shrank to a press conference, and then disappeared entirely.

They hold that white people should maintain their majority in majority-white countries, maintain their political and economic dominance, and that their cultures should be foremost.[4] Many white nationalists believe that miscegenation, multiculturalism, immigration of nonwhites and low birth rates among whites are threatening the white race,[6] and some argue that it amounts to white genocide.[6]

  16. THE PERSECUTION OF PATRIOT PRAYER
Democrats green-light violence by smearing mainstream group rallying in San Francisco as neo-Nazis.
    August 25, 2017 Matthew Vadum

Democrat politicians like Nancy Pelosi have given their ultra-violent “antifa” allies permission to use physical violence against the Patriot Prayer group rallying in a San Francisco park on Saturday by smearing them as “Nazi sympathizers.”

The story of Oregon-based Patriot Prayer is a case study in the power of propaganda in generating leftist mass hysteria. It is also a reaffirmation that everyone has First Amendment rights in America, except for non-leftists. Leftists are already planning riots. One of the more cowardly leftists intends to cover the rally site at Crissy Field inside San Francisco’s Golden Gate National Recreation Area near the Golden Gate Bridge in dog feces.

Offering no evidence whatsoever of the Tea Party-ish group’s background or intentions, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, who represents San Francisco, said Crissy Field "is not a place for Nazi sympathizers to come and spew their negative message."

Especially since Donald Trump became president, the Left has been deliberately, maliciously, conflating peaceful, pro-Constitution conservative and Tea Party groups with violent, statist neo-Nazis and those affiliated with them.

Pelosi has been bloviating about Patriot Prayer’s rally permit for some time, a permit granted only after the group agreed to ban guns, tiki torches, and other objects that can be used as weapons at the event.

Pelosi trashed the feds on August 15 for granting the permit, making the outrageously defamatory claim that Patriot Prayer is secretly a despicable hate group.

“The National Park Service’s decision to permit a white supremacist rally … raises grave and ongoing concerns about public safety,” the 77-year-old latte leftist said in a statement.

“Free speech does not grant the right to yell fire in a crowded theater, incite violence or endanger the public in any venue,” she said, going on to “wonder” whether the decision to allow the “white supremacist rally” was made “under guidance from the White House?” She also called into question the NPS’s ability “to ensure public safety during a white supremacist rally.”

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) wrote a letter earlier this month urging the NPS to deny Patriot Prayer a permit rally. “I am alarmed at the prospect that Crissy Field will be used as a venue for Patriot Prayer’s incitement, hate, and intimidation,” wrote the 84-year-old lawmaker who, for what it’s worth, at times seems like an ardent conservative compared to California’s junior senator, Kamala Harris (D).

    1. Conspiracy theorist and congresswoman, Jackie Speier (D-Calif.), said the upcoming rally isn’t about free speech at all.

What they’re really doing is really manipulating. They have small numbers and small resources, and they see this is an opportunity to go to very blue areas where they will not be met with warmth and revelry and try to gin up more support for their organization with numbers and with monies.

Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), a known Communist sympathizer, seemed to say she won’t be upset if a so-called alt-right event set for Sunday at Berkeley’s Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Park is shut down.

“Berkeley is the center really of the free speech movement and the peace movement, Lee said. “And so there’s no way that we are not going to say we’re united against hate.”

Pelosi, Feinstein, Speier, Lee and their antifa comrades have been emboldened by Republican politicians like Paul Ryan and Marco Rubio and NeverTrump obsessives like Bill Kristol and Joe Scarborough who joined in the attacks on President Trump after the recent unrest in Charlottesville, Virginia, accusing him of treating the occasionally violent radical rightists as morally equivalent to the always-violent radical leftists.

Thanks to the lies of Pelosi and her colleagues, antifa is already threatening murder and mayhem at the rally.

Twitter user @ibPrinceJordan, who self-identifies as a San Francisco resident, tweeted, “The Patriot Prayer rally is a nazi white supremacist event. I’ll be their [sic] to crush some nazi skulls.”

“Can’t wait!” he added. “Going to bring this nailed bat for some nazi pounding.” That tweet was accompanied by a photo of what appeared to be a baseball bat with long nails driven through it......

  24. Vatican No. 2: Anti-pope jihadist attack threat is worrying

ROME (AP) — Pope Francis’ top aide says a pro-Islamic State group video that targets the pope is worrying but notes Vatican security is already at a high level.

Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Holy See’s No. 2 official, told reporters Saturday that a day earlier he had seen the video, which indicates the pope is a target. Recently, another video, transmitted on the pro-IS Telegram channel, suggested that Italy is the next target of an extremist attack.

Parolin said: “Obviously, one cannot help but worry, above all for the senseless hatred that it is.” But he said the Vatican hasn’t added more measures to its already high security.

The Vatican, headquarters of the Catholic church, and Italy have been indicated previously as possible targets of Islamist extremism.

  25. This Is Your A-Team, Dems? Kamala Harris Wants Kids To Help Run Government
Posted at 8:00 pm on August 25, 2017 by Teri Christoph

Kamala Harris – the Dem’s latest last, best hope – was channeling her inner Whitney Houston yesterday when she sent out this silly tweet:

    Kamala Harris ✔ @KamalaHarris
Children are our nation’s future. We must listen to them about what they care about and give them a voice in our government.

It’s the kind of ooey, gooey, feel-good nonsense that liberals love to spout. Because everyone knows that a Democrat senator who tweets that children are our future is destined for great things. Why, she should be president for that kind of out of the box thinking!

To gauge how feasible Kamala’s idea is, I went to my 10-year-old daughter and asked her what she would do if she had a voice in the government.

Her answer? She’d make sure every family in America got a dog. And families who have a dog allergy would get some other kind of animal.

Which is a superb and very sweet answer! It’s exactly what a child should answer. And can’t you just see Kamala Harris’ nod of approval? Giving people things, that’s exactly what the government should be doing!

Liberals like to ignore a lot of biological truths, don’t they? Like the fact that a child cannot rationalize things and see future consequences because their prefrontal cortexes aren’t fully developed until around age 25.

Remember this old saying (that is attributed to both Winston Churchill and Ted Nugent)?

If you aren’t a liberal by age 20, you have no heart.
If you are still a liberal by age 30, you have no brain.

It’s completely legit. The science is settled.

Then there’s the fact that children indeed have a say in government. It’s called voting, and every 18-year-old has the right and responsibility to do it (even while their prefrontal cortexes continue to develop).

So there’s a reason children do not and should not participate actively in government. They, like Democrats, cannot see the longterm consequences of their actions. (Exhibit A: Obamacare.) If it feels right, it must be right. Right?

And there’s a reason Democrats like Kamala Harris don’t occupy the White House and are in the minority in the Senate, the House, and a majority of governorships and state legislatures: Because they are utterly devoid of ideas. Quoting a Whitney Houston song is apparently all they’ve got in their arsenal.

    Bring on 2020.

Canada: Muslim hospital worker sexually assaults 90-year-old woman
By Pamela Geller - on August 26, 2017

    RAPE JIHAD

Why does such savagery happen? Islam gives it sanction. Muslim men are taught to regard non-Muslim women as theirs for sexual use, in accord with the Quran’s passages on the permissibility of taking non-Muslim women as sex slaves (4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33;50, 70:30). Women should cover their heads so they’re not molested (33:59) — implying that women whose heads are not uncovered may be molested. The longer Western authorities refuse to confront the root causes of incidents such as this, the more there will be.

“Ontario family calls for justice after allegations of elder abuse,” by Lama Nicolas, Global News, August 24, 2017 (thanks to Mark):

A Richmond Hill family is sharing their story and say they hope it will lead to a public outcry and justice for their loved one.

They allege the family’s 90-year-old matriarch was sexually assaulted inside a Richmond Hill hospital and claimed it was covered up.

Sonja Shirdan was admitted to Mackenzie Health for pneumonia in September 2015. Her family, who said she was frail and struggling to survive, would visit her daily and said her health was slowly improving; until one day when they noticed something wasn’t right.

“She couldn’t speak. She didn’t speak for months,” Ran Shirdan, Sonja’s grandson, told Global News.

“She was holding her fists over her chest part of the time, over her crotch part of the time, clenching her teeth and just having a very frightened, angry look on her face. Her bottom lip was bruised, all shades of blue. Her arms were battered and bruised.”

The Shirdan family said they immediately had her discharged from the hospital and they took her back to the nursing home. Two months later, they got a call from the hospital asking them to meet with management at Mackenzie Health.

“One of the nurses walked in and opened the drape around the bed and saw him — him being a hospital PSW who is responsible for bathing and changing patients — doing ungodly things to my grandmother,” Ran said, recalling what officials said.

“They said it was horrifying and horrible, we won’t tell you more… I was sitting there and I said, ‘What did police do?’ and they said, ‘We didn’t call the police, we fired him,’” Eva Shirdan, Sonja’s daughter, said.

York Regional Police told Global News the hospital did not report the alleged assault to officers and that the complaint came from the family of another victim.

Police said the investigation revealed the alleged perpetrator, 53-year-old Soja Zadeh, who is also known under the name Shojaadin Mohammad-Zadeh, went to work at a nursing home in Aurora where he allegedly assaulted two other seniors. He was accused of sexually assaulting several others and faced more than a dozen charges.

Zadeh walked away with a plea deal. He received three-years probation after pleading guilty to just one assault charge. The family said they were told by prosecutors there was little chance of conviction. He now lives in Newmarket with his wife and children.

In a statement to Global News, Mackenzie Health officials said the previous policy was to report allegations to police only with the consent of the patient involved.

“We have revised this policy, requiring all allegations of criminal behaviour to be immediately reported to police,” the statement said.

Ran said hospital officials told his mother the matter was kept “within closed doors to not jeopardize the hospital’s reputation.”

“We’ve been on this for two years fighting and the legal system is not doing much of anything. The legal system clearly is not,” he said.

Ran said he’s sharing his grandmother’s story on social media, which has gone viral, to call for #JusticeForSonja. The family said it has also launched a civil suit against the hospital.

Italy: Muslim migrants beat Polish tourist, gang-rape his wife on Rimini beach

AUGUST 26, 2017 6:35 PM BY ROBERT SPENCER 82 COMMENTS

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

A young couple from Poland were subjected to a “brutal and beastly attack” by four men suspected to be African migrants on a beach in Rimini, Italy.

The number of foreigners living in Italy as residents has rocketed by 25 per cent from 2012 to January 2017, and by an astonishing 270 per cent between 2002 and 2017 — statistics which may herald a significant and possibly irreversible demographic shift.

      You are an idiot, Bob.

There are 1.6 billion Muslims in the world living under all different kind of circumstances, and you and Pam search the world media for examples coming out of that population to justify your racism and bigotry, all the time ignoring the same types of crimes committed within the other 6 billion people in the world.

Another perfect example is your saccharine bushwa on Hindus and how peaceful they are. I would suggest you actually check up on what's actually going on in India right now under Modi and his nationalist coalition, the murders of Christians and Muslims because they won't change their faith, he killing of children, the mob violence, gangs beating people who are 'accused' of eating beef for god's sake, the gang rapes of dalit women because of the caste culture there, all of this as Modi turns a blind eye. I would ask you to check on it but that would be fruitless. Bigots and hypocrites only search for confirmation not reason.

The same goes for that article by Spencer. It shows where your and his biases lie. You blame the Muslims. I blame the school administrators that bow to this PC bullshit. We've discussed this issue above. It's bullshit but it's bullshit on the part of the people who didn't tell the friggin Muslim whiners to jack off.

That is if the details of the story haven't been skewed beyond recognition by Spencer. Spencer, Geller, they know their audience, a bunch of bigoted yahoos without the mental capacity to be skeptical, a bunch of faux farmers and English majors who are dumb as a stump.
