The world has spoken, Hamas will never be condemned for shooting rockets on a daily if not hourly basis at the civilians of Israel.
The kidnapping of teenagers crossed all lines even the Jew haters of the world could not publicly support. In private they say the Jews deserved it.
But what is happening is the reestablishment of deterrence.
1st the re-arrrest of 300 of the 1000 terrorists with blood on their hands that were released for Gilad Shalit the other kidnapped Israeli that was held, tortured and starved for 5 years is proclaiming "never again" to the Hamas, Fatah and all palestinians in between.
Jewish lives will not come cheap. There will be a cost for acts of terror. Shoot a rocket? Expect retaliation, kidnap, stab, plant IED's? Expect retaliation.
Showing "restraint" to terrorists is over for Israel. Now maybe America has turned over a new leaf, cozying up to Iran, appeasing them and their "peaceful nuke programs", reducing sanctions, not holding Hezbollah up to UN resolution 1701, not hold up the Palestinans themselves from embracing Hamas and continue to fund them even while they attempt to and do succeed in murdering Jews...
I personally hope the Israelis re-arrest at least 1000 jihadist miscreants in their drive to find the kidnapped kids.
At this time the Obama administration still cannot say the NAME of the American citizen that was one of the 3. After all, he deserve dyeing kidnapped, tortured, dismembered because he dared live on disputed territories.
i wonder if the Americans living in America were held to the same standard by the native american indians what would be the reaction of the typical philadelphian, new yorker or texan.

BUT the GOOD news? The Shia and the Sunni have murdered more of each other in 3 years than I could have ever dreamed possible and it's only the 2nd inning...
Just wait, it's going to get real interesting. Sure we have 4.5 arab in syria now homeless, sure 175,000 lay dead there too...
That's chump change... The sunni in Iraq are warming up! The iranians and hezbollah are going on defense...
I bet we are going to upwards of 10 million refugees and 400k dead within 6 months....
But let's remember israel re-arrested 300 terrorists and placed hebron under curfew.... LOL
Now maybe israel could use barrel bombs just like Assad, that would be good reading...

Article 33. No persons may be punished for an offense he or she has not personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited.
Pillage is prohibited.
Reprisals against persons and their property are prohibited.
Under the 1949 Geneva Conventions, collective punishment is a war crime. By collective punishment, the drafters of the Geneva Conventions had in mind the reprisal killings of World War I and World War II. In the First World War, during the Rape of Belgium, the Germans executed Belgian villagers in mass retribution for resistance activity. In World War II, the Germans carried out a form of collective punishment to suppress resistance. Entire villages or towns or districts were held responsible for any resistance activity that occurred in them.[3] The conventions, to counter this, reiterated the principle of individual responsibility. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Commentary to the conventions states that parties to a conflict often would resort to "intimidatory measures to terrorize the population" in hopes of preventing hostile acts, but such practices "strike at guilty and innocent alike. They are opposed to all principles based on humanity and justice."
Additional Protocol II of 1977 explicitly forbids collective punishment. But as fewer states have ratified this protocol than GCIV, GCIV Article 33 is the one more commonly quoted.
Someone, somewhere may have kidnapped the three teens. A lawful country would investigate and if there was a crime, the miscreants would be brought to justice. In an apartheid or police state, the legal restraints to protect the innocent are not in command.
Those being arrested by Israel are not innocents. they are convicted terrorists that belong to Hamas, a terrorist group that even the EU, the UN, the USA all say is an illegal terror group...
But not to worry, those innocents are talking like canaries.
Israel has received tons on intel about other terrorists besides the Hamas from them... Spilling the beans..
Typically "innocents" don't now where ammo dumps, weapons and terror cells are hiding...
Hope the terrorists resist capture...
Every time a Hamas terrorist dies an angel gets her wings...

As for your money? 3 billion a year that keeps 500,000 Americans in jobs.
Israel already cut off ALL economic aid, the military aid? appreciated but just serves to even the field for America funding Jihadists.
I predict that the BEST thing for Israel would be to cut off accepting one dime from America. Of course then America would no longer have 1st access to Israeli innovation and invention...
that would cost America hundreds of billions....
Meanwhile, America's elected leadership, from both sides of the political spectrum support military aid, as does EVERY single President since 1948.
If you have an issue with it? Take it up with your elected representative....
LOL loser..
The American people have never been HIGHER in their support for Israel...
The Push Polls about US support for Israel are mostly nonsense. They always show 50% plus. The real support is similar to Canada where support is about 25% positive with 58% critical. BBC did a real poll about Israel and the results were that Israel is ranked third among nations perceived as having a negative influence on the world, the BBC’s annual poll shows, indicating further decline in the Jewish state’s global image.
Only Iran and Pakistan did worse than Israel in the survey. The statistics were particularly grim in Europe, with 74% of Spaniards viewing Israel negatively. Negative attitudes were also recorded in France (65%), Germany (69%), Britain (68%), Australia (65%) and Canada (59%).
By all accounts, the Old City of Jerusalem is appalling, not enthralling. But I would like to see the little stub of masonry that the Romans left behind to remind the Jews not to mess with them.
Deuce, like it or not? Israel IS what most Americans used to want.
A place that is free, open and allows people, from all walks, to succeed.
It's thrives, it's alive, it's vibrant, fun, a mosaic of people, talent and abilities.
Music, art, food, history, sports, diversity all thrive in Israel.
Cant say that about the 899/900th of the arab world. Nor can you say that about ever growing PC areas of America.
Maybe you should put your hatred aside for a week and visit israel and learn something, talk to the Arab CITIZENS of Israel. You'd be surprised how much koolaid you have swallowed. But not to worry, i do not expect you'd have the guts to do that.
The Jews of Roman times are now the Palestinians, the DNA is clear on that point.
The European Ashkenazi have been given the rump of Palestine, by the Catholics of the European Empire, so that the pretenders, the Europeans can destroy the last of Moses people, the genetic legacy, still residing in the Land of Canaan.
Jewish history tells us that the Romans did not expel the original Jews from Palestine when they crushed the Simon bar Kokhba revolt in 136 AD but instead barred them only from city of Jerusalem – and even then they were allowed to visit it during Tisha B’Av, the annual fasting day on the ninth day of the month of Av in the Hebrew calendar.
Under Christianity and during the Roman Empire a large number of native Jews converted to Christianity and, with the advent of Islam, most adopted the new religion and assimilated under the new power.
In addition to the descendants of the Canaanites, the original denizens before patriarch Abraham’s arrival from Mesopotamia, Sand concludes that today’s Muslim and Christian Palestinians are actually the true progenies of the original Jews
Obviously the "Occupied Mind" is gorging upon delusion.

Israeli troops on Friday clashed with Palestinians during West Bank arrest raids linked to a search for three missing teens believed to have been abducted in the territory, killing a 15-year-old Palestinian and wounding three, officials said.
The violence was a sign of the growing escalation in the West Bank as Israel's search for the three Jewish seminary students entered its second week. Israel has blamed the Islamic militant Hamas group for abducting the three, but has offered no proof.

Some teens are more important that other teens in the occupied tribal nations:
(Jerusalem) – Israeli security forces ordered a Palestinian man to take down security cameras that captured the shooting deaths of two Palestinian boys in May, Human Rights Watch and Defense for Children International – Palestine said today. Footage recorded by cameras on the man’s building prompted an international outcry over the killings.
Israeli military officers berated Fakher Zayed, 47, for sharing the security videos with human rights groups, claimed he had lied and fabricated evidence, and threatened to bring unspecified legal actions against him if he did not remove the security cameras, Zayed told Human Rights Watch and DCI-Palestine. A soldier threatened to “unleash dogs on my children,” he said.
“Israel should be investigating these deaths, but instead its forces seem intent on intimidating witnesses and ensuring future abuses won’t be caught on camera,” said Sarah Leah Whitson, Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. “The Israeli response to the killing of two boys looks more like an attempt to cover up than a serious investigation.”
Israeli forces shot and killed Nadim Nuwarah, 17, and Mohammed Salameh, 16, also known as Mohammed Abu Thaher, during a demonstration on May 15, 2014, when neither boy posed any threat. On May 19, Defense for Children International – Palestine published footage from Zayed’s security cameras on its website. The Israeli military spokesperson’s office initially claimed the video was “edited in a biased way,” but the full, unedited videos, which DCI-Palestine and the Israeli rights groups B’Tselem later made available to the media, also showed the boys posed no imminent threat to life.

Our ally Israel with it's constant abuse of it's resident Arab population in Palestine and Israel itself has caused much radicalization in what had been a peaceful population. Before we stuck our big noses into this area 70 years ago, Islam was a backwater. Now it has exploded in our interfering faces.
With the US government, as well as the US president, focused on Iraq, Prime Minister Netanyahu is using the diversion of attention and the occasion of the three kidnapped teenagers to destroy Hamas in the West Bank. According to the Jerusalem Post, in November of 1989, Mr. Netanyahu, then Deputy Foreign Minister, told an audience at Bar Ilan University, that the government had failed to exploit internationally favorable situations, such as the Tiananmen Square massacre in June of 1989 when world attention and the media were focused on China, to carry out ‘large scale’ expulsions at a time when ‘the danger would have been relatively small’. Later, when Netanyahu denied making these statements, the Jerusalem Post produced a tape recording of this speech
The Jerusalem Post November 19, 1989, Sunday 'USE POLITICAL OPPORTUNITIES'. NETANYAHU RECOMMENDS LARGE-SCALE EXPULSIONS. BYLINE: By MENACHEM SHALEV, Post Diplomatic Correspondent HIGHLIGHT: Deputy Foreign Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has called for Israel to exploit political opportunities in order to expel large numbers of Palestinians from the territories. Netanyahu made the remark in a speech to Bar-Ilan University students on Thursday. In a tape recording of a portion of Netanyahu's address obtained by The Jerusalem Post last night, the deputy foreign minister clearly states that "five, 50 or 500" inciters should have been expelled at various times since the start of the intifada. ... Netanyahu told the students that the government had failed to exploit politically favourable situations in order to carry out "large-scale" expulsions at times when "the damage would have been relatively small. "I still believe that there are opportunities to expel many people," Netanyahu said. The Jerusalem Post November 21, 1989, Tuesday 'EVERYONE KNEW WHAT I MEANT,' SAYS NETANYAHU ABOUT EXPULSIONS HIGHLIGHT: Deputy Foreign Minister Binyamin Netanyahu yesterday denied that he had called for large-scale expulsions of Palestinians from the territories. Replying in the Knesset to a motion for the agenda by Tewfik Toubi, (Democratic Front for Peace and Equality) which was struck off by a large majority, Netanyahu said that in his speech to students at Bar-Ilan University last Thursday he had referred to inciters and not to the general population.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday called for the return of the three Israeli teenagers abducted in the West Bank last week, saying the Palestinian Authority was helping Israel search for the teens.
Click here for the latest updates on the West Bank kidnapping
"The missing settlers in the West Bank are human beings like us, and we must look for them and return them to their families," Abbas told foreign ministers of Muslim states gathered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in his first direct public comments about the abduction. "We are making an effort to locate the youths."
The kidnappers are "seeking the destruction of the [Palestinian] Authority," Abbas said, adding that the Hamas-Fatah unity government "believes in the popular struggle" and that its platform is the same as that of the Palestine Liberation Organization platform.
Although Abbas called the teens "settlers," not all of their families live in settlements. The teens are, however, students in West Bank yeshivas, from which they were trying to get home when they hitched a ride Thursday with the men who would turn out to be their abductors.

ACE Science 1107 - “Some people mistakenly believe that an individual is born a homosexual and his attraction to those of the same sex is normal. The Bible teaches that homosexuality is sin. In Old Testament times, God commanded that homosexuals be put to death. At one time I had high hopes for Rick perry on the national level. He has dashed them ...
(Reuters) - Texas Governor Rick Perry has said he "stepped right in it" when he compared homosexuality to alcoholism as something that can be fought against despite genetic disposition.
The Republican who is weighing another presidential campaign in 2016 after a gaff-prone first attempt in 2012, did not actually apologized for the remarks, but instead told a lunch hosted by the Christian Science Monitor newspaper on Thursday he should have stuck to a message of inclusion and jobs.
"I got asked about an issue, and instead of saying, 'You know what, we need to be a really respectful and tolerant country, to everybody, and get back to talking about - whether you're gay or straight - you need to be having a job and those are the focuses I want to be involved with,' instead ... I readily admit, I stepped right in it," Perry said, according to a video recording of the event.
Perry was asked at an appearance in San Francisco at the Commonwealth Club of California on June 11 whether he believes homosexuality was a disorder, according to local media reports.
"I may have the genetic coding that I'm inclined to be an alcoholic, but I have the desire not to do that," Perry said in remarks broadcast on the CBS affiliate. "And I look at the homosexual issue in the same way."

Karma is real. Men and women are all are different. And they have different destinies. Which gives me the shivers, and I don't wish to thing about it.
Not really Bob, you die, we die, we all die. And of course we're different, this was covered by momma when she gave us the talk about the birds and the bees. Some of us like different. Some of us like same.
Bob believes that a handcuffed man is a threat to the life of an armed policeman.
Everything he writes has to be aken with the acknowledgement that he is a delusional paranoid. He sees threats to himself and others, where there is no threat. Motorcyclists in groups larger than five, Bob considers a threat to public safety.
As has been noted, he is delusional, he is a paranoid. He may not be schizophrenic.

Good propaganda should leave nothing over which to argue.
Someone will say he could have gotten up and kicked the cop and gotten the gun somehow and shot the cop.
Far fetched perhaps but not out of the realm of possibility, and the guy was resisting arrest.
What is needed is something containing no contaminating elements to make good propaganda.
This one fails that test.
Just trying to help Deuce hone his propaganda skills.
I think the officer trying to stop the guy from repeatedly slamming his own head into the concrete should get an award.
DeleteThe guy was obviously so drugged up that he didn't feel it, so it was a sympathetic kill.
Now we'll never reap the rewards of all that man had to offer to human civilization.
The biggest award should go to (who else) the LAPD Officers who sprayed dozens of shots into a small SUV while pursing a large Black Man.
DeleteMiraculously, they managed to avoid killing the two Filipino women in their smaller, different colored vehicle.
LAPD Officers were most certainly in fear for their lives as those two women departed the scene.

Collective punishments
ReplyDeleteArticle 33.
Arresting convicted violent criminals is not against the Geneva Convention Sparkie....

DeleteYou bitch about 300 (not 1000) convicted terrorists in Hebron and yet say nothing about 160,000 murdered not 60 miles away?
Someone, somewhere may have kidnapped the three teens. A lawful country would investigate and if there was a crime, the miscreants would be brought to justice. In an apartheid or police state, the legal restraints to protect the innocent are not in command.
ReplyDeleteThose being arrested by Israel are not innocents. they are convicted terrorists that belong to Hamas, a terrorist group that even the EU, the UN, the USA all say is an illegal terror group...
DeleteBut not to worry, those innocents are talking like canaries.
Israel has received tons on intel about other terrorists besides the Hamas from them... Spilling the beans..
Typically "innocents" don't now where ammo dumps, weapons and terror cells are hiding...
Hope the terrorists resist capture...

Even within the IDF there is support for the claim that expansion of the operation against Hamas harms the main goal of finding the kidnapped teens.

ReplyDeleteOnly Iran and Pakistan did worse than Israel in the survey. The statistics were particularly grim in Europe, with 74% of Spaniards viewing Israel negatively. Negative attitudes were also recorded in France (65%), Germany (69%), Britain (68%), Australia (65%) and Canada (59%).

The Jews of Roman times are now the Palestinians, the DNA is clear on that point.
DeleteThe European Ashkenazi have been given the rump of Palestine, by the Catholics of the European Empire, so that the pretenders, the Europeans can destroy the last of Moses people, the genetic legacy, still residing in the Land of Canaan.

The Exclusive Moslem Nature of the Area:
----------------------------------------
'The land of Palestine is an Islamic Waqf [Holy Possession]
consecrated for future Moslem generations until Judgment Day. No one
can renounce it or any part, or abandon it or any part of it.'
(Article 11)
'Palestine is an Islamic land... Since this is the case, the
Liberation of Palestine is an individual duty for every Moslem
wherever he may be.' (Article 13)
The Call to Jihad:
------------------
'The day the enemies usurp part of Moslem land, Jihad becomes the
individual duty of every Moslem. In the face of the Jews' usurpation,
it is compulsory that the banner of Jihad be raised.' (Article 15)
'Ranks will close, fighters joining other fighters, and masses
everywhere in the Islamic world will come forward in response to the
call of duty, loudly proclaiming: 'Hail to Jihad!'. This cry will
reach the heavens and will go on being resounded until liberation is
achieved, the invaders vanquished and Allah's victory comes about.'
(Article 33)
Rejection of a Negotiated Peace Settlement:
-------------------------------------------
'[Peace] initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and
international conferences are in contradiction to the principles of
the Islamic Resistance Movement... Those conferences are no more than
a means to appoint the infidels as arbitrators in the lands of
Islam... There is no solution for the Palestinian problem except by
Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are but a
waste of time, an exercise in futility.' (Article 13)
Anti-Semitic Incitement:
Delete------------------------
'The Day of Judgment will not come about until Moslems fight Jews and
kill them. Then, the Jews will hide behind rocks and trees, and the
rocks and trees will cry out: 'O Moslem, there is a Jew hiding behind
me, come and kill him.' (Article 7)
'The enemies have been scheming for a long time ... and have
accumulated huge and influential material wealth. With their money,
they took control of the world media... With their money they stirred
revolutions in various parts of the globe... They stood behind the
French Revolution, the Communist Revolution and most of the
revolutions we hear about... With their money they formed secret
organizations - such as the Freemasons, Rotary Clubs and the Lions -
which are spreading around the world, in order to destroy societies
and carry out Zionist interests... They stood behind World War I ...
and formed the League of Nations through which they could rule the
world. They were behind World War II, through which they made huge
financial gains... There is no war going on anywhere without them
having their finger in it.' (Article 22)
'Zionism scheming has no end, and after Palestine, they will covet
expansion from the Nile to the Euphrates River. When they have
finished digesting the area on which they have laid their hand, they
will look forward to more expansion. Their scheme has been laid out
in the 'Protocols of the Elders of Zion'.' (Article 32)
'The HAMAS regards itself the spearhead and the vanguard of the
circle of struggle against World Zionism... Islamic groups all over
the Arab world should also do the same, since they are best equipped
for their future role in the fight against the warmongering Jews.'

ReplyDelete(Jerusalem) – Israeli security forces ordered a Palestinian man to take down security cameras that captured the shooting deaths of two Palestinian boys in May, Human Rights Watch and Defense for Children International – Palestine said today.

With the US government, as well as the US president, focused on Iraq, Prime Minister Netanyahu is using the diversion of attention and the occasion of the three kidnapped teenagers to destroy Hamas in the West Bank.
ReplyDeleteAccording to the Jerusalem Post, in November of 1989, Mr. 'USE POLITICAL OPPORTUNITIES'. NETANYAHU RECOMMENDS LARGE-SCALE EXPULSIONS.
BYLINE: By MENACHEM SHALEV, Post Diplomatic Correspondent
HIGHLIGHT: Deputy Foreign Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has called for Israel to exploit political opportunities in order to expel large numbers of Palestinians from the territories.

HIGHLIGHT: Deputy Foreign Minister Binyamin Netanyahu yesterday denied that he had called for large-scale expulsions of Palestinians from the territories.
Since 1989 Just how many palestinians have been expelled?
DeleteOr is it the truth that since 1989 the population of Palesitnians has actually DOUBLED.
thanks william for posting out of date bullshit.
I would LOVE to see the the Palestinians treated as the Jews of the arab occupied world were treated.
DeleteBut sadly Israel just doesn't act like that.
The solution for the gaza and the west bank is easy. Just expel all palestinians into egypt and jordan.
There they will have peace with their brothers...
But what Israel wants doesn't always happen.
Now Assad? He just drove 6 million people from their homes and in Iraq a million or so are being relocated...
I bet Hamas and Fatah will cause the fleeing of hundreds of thousands before this is over....
And I have a super sized popcorn bowl just waiting for the games to start...
Thank you William.
ReplyDeletePalestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday called for the return of the three Israeli teenagers abducted in the West Bank last week, saying the Palestinian Authority was helping Israel search for the teens.
ReplyDeleteClick here for the latest updates on the West Bank kidnapping
Yep it keeps on getting weirder and weirder..
DeleteAn israel arab now calling for the return of the kidnapped 3 are getting death threats FROM THIER OWN FAMILY..

Public: "Keep and Improve" Obamacare by 59 - 34
ReplyDeleteKaiser Tracking Poll
Even my Ayn Randy ass has evolved on this issue, Rufus. I look at health insurance like car insurance. I don't wanna get smacked by an uninsured Mexican, and I don't wanna shell out higher premiums to cover people who go to the Emergency Room for the sniffles.
DeleteInteresting that you should say that, Teresita; It seems that the strongest positive movement has been among the "Republican-Leaning Independents."
Deletebtw, that's from the "interactive" part of the publication that's not part of that link.
DeleteThe realization sinks in that
DeleteIt's much more expensive (much, much more, in the long run) to subsidize Health Insurance Premiums than Emergency Room visits, and
and, under Obamacare, it's the uber-wealthy, not you, that's doing the subsidizing.
YIKES, I wrote the first part ezzackly backwards. :)
DeleteIt should read, "It's much more expensive (much, much more, in the long run) to subsidize Emergency Room visits than Insurance Premiums.
So we overlap a bit on the Venn Diagram, Rufus. It's not all extremism on both ends around here.

“I pledge allegiance to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, Lord and Saviour, crucified, risen, and coming again as king with life and liberty for all who believe. I pledge allegiance to the Bible, God’s Holy Word. I will make it a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. I will hide it in my heart, that I might not sin against God.” - The pledge, spoken at Accelerated Christian Education schools.
ReplyDeleteACE Biology 1099 – ““Biblical and scientific evidence seems to indicate that men and dinosaurs lived at the same time.”
ACE Science 1107 - “Some people mistakenly believe that an individual is born a homosexual and his attraction to those of the same sex is normal. Because extensive tests have shown that there is no biological difference between homosexuals and others, these tests seem to prove that homosexuality is a learned behaviour. The Bible teaches that homosexuality is sin. In Old Testament times, God commanded that homosexuals be put to death. Since God never commanded death for normal or acceptable actions, it is as unreasonable to say that homosexuality is normal as it is to say that murder or stealing is normal.”
ACE Social Studies 1086 - “It’s interesting that in the African primitive languages there is no word for wisdom. We in the West find that surprising, but you see, the idea of wisdom came through the Biblical channels of the Judaeo-Christian religion and filtered into all of western culture and society.”
ACE Science 1096 - “The nuclear fusion theory of how the sun emits heat and light is an invention of evolution scientists… All other theories require the sun to use up all its energy sooner than the evolutionists’ invented timetable would allow.”
ACE English test (one question):
(29) Responsible citizens will vote for political candidates who
a. promise to provide good paying jobs for all those who are out of work
b. promise to cut back on both government services and spending and cut taxes
c. promise to raise taxes on “big business” and use the money to help the poor
d. promise to provide child-care services for all mothers who need to work
(The “correct” answer is b.)
At one time I had high hopes for Rick perry on the national level.
ReplyDeleteHe has dashed them ...

DeleteThe only ones making homosexuality an issue is you and your ilk, numbnuts. Be my guest, Republicans, pit this guy against HRC in 2016.
The only ones making homosexuality an issue is the Democrats.
DeleteNow being a "transgendered" in Colony Williamsburg is a new Major at University.
But you should have an insight as being the ONLY one on this blog for years that pretended to be a homosexual. How many HUNDREDS of times did you bring it up?

While I have nothing in particular against polytheism as an outlook, I will mention that this understanding is wrong.

That is not what I am speaking of at all, at all.
Bob believes that a handcuffed man is a threat to the life of an armed policeman.
