My MOS was 3531. That's Not what I mostly did in Vietnam. I also fired 228. And, I outran every stinking officer (in backpack) that ever put on his pretty little blue shorties, and tried to run with me. As far as truckdrivers go, my son-in-law was a truckdriver in Iraq, and was blown up 3 times, with shrapnel wounds over 60% of his body; so let's dispense with the snark.

The Dublin VA has a smoking area at the front of the facility. I once gave you the telephone number of that facility to aid your inquiry. The Atlanta VA has a smoking are behind the bus shelter at the front of the building. It also has a smoking are on the third floor of the old parking garage, near the bridge into the main clinic. There are others as well on the premises. Now, I will admit that in Chicago the fine for smoking on VA property is $200.00, but Atlanta ain't Chicago, and Chicago is not in Georgia.
Now, I regret your having taken offense at my rendition of facts about which I am personally aware. But there are a whole lot of screwed up veterans out in the world. And this government doesn't not give a "tinker's damn".
