The Dumbest Man in Congress, Rep. Patrick Kennedy, says he won't seek re-election.

Rep. Patrick Kennedy says he won't seek re-election
February 11, 2010 11:46 p.m. EST

(CNN) -- Rhode Island Congressman Patrick Kennedy, a Democrat, is not running for re-election, he said Thursday in a video to his constituents.

"Having spent two decades in politics, my life is taking a new direction, and I will not be a candidate for reelection this year," he said. "Going forward, I will continue many of the fights we've waged together, particularly on behalf of those suffering from depression, addiction, autism and post-traumatic stress disorder.

"I'm so grateful to the people of Rhode Island. When I made missteps or suffered setbacks, you responded not with contempt but with compassion."

The 42-year-old representative is in his eighth term in office. He is the youngest of three children of the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Massachusetts.

Pelosi: Who wants to suckle the government teet?

KSM: If one more person mistakes me for Ron Jeremy, I swear to Allah I'll blow the hell out of this place.

Barney Frank: Sure Hawwee's is nice, but Wahm has a DANCER'S ass.

Like homemade fudge, it's almost too rich to take it all in at one sitting.

  2. Who was that French painter that specialized in contrasts, black and white.

Pelosi stands out, all naked in white.

  3. Come on Linear, you know the guy. it wasn't Matiisse, but he had the naked broad, all white, bosoms all white, surrounded by black, who was that guy?

  4. It may have been Renoir I am thinking of, though I like blue dresses better.

    ReplyDelete
  5. But, I don't think it was Renoir. Who the hell was it? The woman I'm thinking of was naked as a jay bird, and all white, reclining, inviting, reclining, with a dark background. Her legs were together, but you might think, easily spread. She had one figure in her mouth, like as if to say, you want? The lady I'm thinking of didn't have a stitch on. She was on a couch. Really nice looking, with inviting breasts, full and bouncy too.

    Makes you drool.

Come on Deuce, you must know. You know stuff.

  6. she had one finger in her mouth, as if, asking a question, you know the look

  7. One of those French paintings, from the 1890's or there abouts, makes the men of the day get a hard on.

  8. I can be explicit too, Melody.

She was such a pretty girl, I might like to shave her legs, very fine, and very very slow, or perhaps, take a scissors and cut around her bush, making it just right.

  12. Rubio Rises

Marco Rubio’s Senate campaign is surging. In the past ten days, Rubio, the former Florida House speaker challenging Gov. Charlie Crist in the GOP primary, has raised $860,000. He is also building a lead in the polls — Rasmussen’s latest survey gives Rubio a twelve-point edge over Crist. And he’s doing it all without the support of the national party.

“We’re living in an unprecedented time where a large number of people that have never participated in politics are paying attention,” Rubio tells National Review Online. “They realize that we’re going to make some decisions over the next few years that will determine the very identity of our country. Given the environment, I think it has become a lot easier to get people to pay attention and to take action. That’s the great challenge of 2010: Can we take this motivation that exists out there to stand up to the agenda that’s coming out of Washington and turn it into action? Right now that action is contributing to campaigns like mine. We’ve tried to harness that and feel good about what we’ve been able to accomplish so far.”

Rubio says the stakes this year are high and about more than one party beating another. “This election is about more than Republicans versus Democrats or liberals versus conservatives. It is a choice about the very essence of what this country is going to be like. Are we going to continue to be a place of limited government, free enterprise, and personal liberty? Or, are we going to become a country like so many around the world where the government dominates every sector of society?

...but we abandoned California when the libs took command.
Now they've f..... it up, Big Time.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Waimea reminds us of San Luis Obispo CA, except it's surrounded by nature's beauty, instead of liberal degradation.

    ReplyDelete
  25. been there a couple of times.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Further north, on the coast, is the tiny town of Waihe'e, which is neat, but I'd live right outside Waimea if I had my druthers.

The art appreciation I did in my yute was looking across the bar at the pitcher above the mirror. They didn't have the artists' names on most of 'em.

  39. I knew a couple of girls in Oregon that lived in Waimea, or their dad did. Long ago.

Have you ever heard of Molombimbi? I think it's south of Sydney. Met a couple from there in Guatemala the time we hiked up Atitlan.

I fell in love. Her name was Sonia.

We rolled rocks. Isn't that what Americans do on mountain tops?

    ReplyDelete
