The video evidence is clear, bob, the bear had possession of the fish, it's DNA on its' claws, when the human attacked it from behind. Clearly the aggressor, the video evidence putting the theft of the fish by the human into focus, for all to see.
On closer examination, it's just possible that the bear may have established possession by lightly touching the fish, either in the water, or immediately after exit therefrom. I call for an 'instant replay' official to decide the matter.
Clearly this video is a metaphor for Canada taking advantage of Putin's pre-occupation with America as a superpower to encroach on North Pole oil derrick rights.
Too Freakin' Good. :)
ReplyDeleteAnother video that tells a truthful tale of animal abuse.
ReplyDeleteI was there to watch the filming of it, really. The bear never had a chance.
That's just how it happened.
You can't have my name though, the jurors will just have to take it on faith and trust their lyin' eyes...
That's one beautiful river, I'll say that. Like a Mormon heaven, or something.
ReplyDeleteWhere's the abuse, Rat? Looked like a fair fight to me, except that fake-a-roo about an eagle up there...
At 24 seconds, bob, a low blow to the cajones. Abusive by any standard, kickin' the bear in the balls.
ReplyDeleteThen stealing his lunch, gonna cause it to starve, Sheriff Joe has stringent standards when it come to allowing animals to feed.
Well, yeah, but the bear came awfully close to a low blow with that backkick, and never established full possession of the salmon in the first place.

ReplyDelete"Oh look, an eagle!"

That is an excellent observation, Ms T.
