It can refer to the improper performance of an official duty. In Arkansas, for example, rule 60 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure provides that a judgment, decree, or order may be vacated or modified "for misprisions of the clerk." In this sense misprision refers to neglect, mistake, or subterfuge on the part of the court clerk who performed the paperwork for the judgment, decree, or order.

The term I liked from the EB described the Rat (and not Bob) "unconvicted felon", after all Rat is the one NOT IN UNIFORM that was shooting people in central america with the claim that if he did that in another nation and was not arrested it was not a crime here...

yep the "unconvicted felon" has quite the volume of comments...

but usually adds as much as "Cliff Claven" sitting at the Cheers Bar...What is "Occupation"https://www.blogger.com/profile/08237879055691019968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21297199.post-26439054337383145012011-10-10T07:50:37.319-04:002011-10-10T07:50:37.319-04:00While in Egypt, US proxies strengthen their hand. ...While in Egypt, US proxies strengthen their hand. With the recent 12% tuition hike that all California State Universities have implemented this semester, school keeps getting more and more expensive. I have about 2.5 more years of undergrad left and I am getting worried that by the time I graduate I will have a very large amount of debt. I was apart of the student government 2 years ago and I protested against this bill, because we hardly have enough money in the grant and scholarship section for our own citizens. This definitely puts more of a stress on American citizens like myself who are trying to find a way to pay $7,200 a semester for classes.

And for those of you who commented that we are catering to illegals... you should check out a CSU nursing school application, you get extra points on your application if you are bilingual or fluent in Spanish, but if you are fluent in another language they only "take it into consideration." I thought this was an English speaking country? I guess I thought wrong... Good luck to all of the students trying to afford college! Hopefully California doesn't mess up our chances of affording school in the future!Cali undergradnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21297199.post-73637188604050120412011-10-09T15:55:02.274-04:002011-10-09T15:55:02.274-04:00.

However, his perspective and the conclusions he draws from the graphs he posts is skewed.

He states the banks have suffered more than the public.

1. That is because they have refused to come clean on the assets they hold. They have refused to mark to market the toxic assets in their inventory. They have fought all efforts to share the info. Wall Street has blasted the banks because it has no idea how much trouble the banks are actually in.

2. Also, it comes down to how you define the banks. Bank shareholders (and in some cases bondholders) took it in the ass. The dicks running the banks and making the decisions that got us to where we are didn't suffer at all, neither financially nor legally.

3. In fact, the same dicks are still in charge making the same decisions that got them into the situation in the first place. They are also the same guys stamping their feet and saying that new regulations the government is 'attempting' to implement to make sure the same mistakes are not made again, are anti-business and as Jamie Diamond said "...un-American...".

4. How they can say this with a straight face is their greatest asset. Currently half the government is trying to prevent any new regulations and recall any that have already been passed. They do this by offering new legislation and by denying funding to regulatory agencies like
SEC.

5. The banks suffer? Evidently, you didn't bother to read the post rat put up on the previous thread.
For the trillion dollar damage done illegally by the banks, the government proposes charging them $20 billion.

Looking for bankers to blame?

Let's face it you don't have to look hard. The same guys who got us into this mess are still there drawing their millions.

.Quirkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00272168240606512672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21297199.post-5897988073361617522011-10-09T15:41:33.505-04:002011-10-09T15:41:33.505-04:00No wonder we have so many people that don't kn...No wonder we have so many people that don't know "come here," from "Siccem."Rufus IIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05297231055991566183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21297199.post-34087484776281352922011-10-09T15:40:45.200-04:002011-10-09T15:40:45.200-04:00The Spengler article is imbecilic. The Spengler article is imbecilic.Rufus IIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05297231055991566183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21297199.post-67629889650998873412011-10-09T15:20:04.660-04:002011-10-09T15:20:04.660-04:00We have more than 5 million more working Part-time...We have more than 5 million more working Part-time than in 2006

More than Twice as manyRufus IIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05297231055991566183noreply@blogger.com
